The bright spot inside of PD is hard to find, but a better ability to empathize is definitely true. It’s amazing how we start seeing others in a new light when a personal health situation comes along. Haven’t dusted off some John Denver in ages - “Looking for Space” is a fav Denver song. Nice Cartman imitation, by the way…
Your genuine self, your questioning self, your searching self, and uplifting self - you impact far beyond your own perceived boundaries. This said from a UK PD struggler so benefitting from your down to earth, positive and personal podcasts. With respect and thanks from Bill, Milton Keynes England
It's funny how backgrounds make a difference in these videos. Yours is very warm and watchable, it's like chatting with someone in my lounge. Keep up the good work 👍
Took care of mama for years, she German a fire cracker!! Loved that women she was always complimented me...I sooo miss her!! But gotta move on 2yrs later after her passing dx w PD. Sat n parking lot...no way, still n a bit denial!! I am stubborn like mama!! But will start my art soon, just to motivate the brain. 😊
Hi Jeremy I enjoy your vids, I always get a laugh. I’m only into my second year of PD , PSP they say. I have dribbling and voice issues slow and stiff movement but not much else. But I have lost my right to drive here in Australia doctors just blanket ban you no tests Or anything. Now that shits me the most of this journey so far.
Glad you like it Jeremy! Its a lot easier doing paintings then doing what you do on your podcasts. I might have a way with pictures, but you've got a way with words that makes people feel comfortable and interested in sharing constructive ideas about `living with Parkinson's. Plus, your energy is infectious! Keep doing what

Sometimes I have to get out my microscope to find a bright side in the darkness of PD and I don't always find it. BTW, great John Denver tune!
Oh, beautiful painting!! This is so uplifting!❤
It really is! Thx, Inez!

You have no idea how much this means to me.😊 It is a lonely road we travel, however it’s nice to know we have company!
When I want to whine about my situation I run into someone else farther in the Parkinsons journey. Then I shut the F up.
I feel the same way! Thx, Dakota mouse!

It most definitely takes time to adjust. I had a grandmother like your mom. A real Irish firecracker as you said. Still miss her! Stay in touch. Inez!

That sucks! I hardly drive any more myself. I used to love just going for a drive. Now it's just so much work!
