Thanks 4 sharing this recipe though I have been cooking my jollof d rice way b4 long, b4 phone came 2 Nigeria which i call arrows de Coco because I use coconut and without and add salad and doesn't go bad but turning it into fried rice is a new experience 4 me or I didn't explore.
