You should replace those junk bushings in the steering rack with bearings bro! 👍 I replaced them with bearings it's so tight and smooth now 👍 ten bucks from jims bearings. These parts are soooo NICE !

Couldn't find part number bearing for outcast 8s steering crank...bushing is 6x8x5, I'm assuming bearings is the same

@@theirishaxe9405 that comes out to 5x8x5.....not 6x8x5.....maybe a millimeter is not a big deal for a 25 lbs RC truck🤔

How do those 7200/100c PH batteries doing for you? Have to ever used a higher C rating like 120/130/150??? Have you ever used any other lipos that are better than those power hobby? I’m taking like a LOT better and really noticeable??? I ordered the same 7200/100c but I was also looking at the CNHL 8000/120c lipo… I just want to be sure if ima choose a “better” battery it’s got to be much better and also “safe” for my esc… I’m XLX2 & 1100 k’s on Kraton 1/5
Yet stock hinge pin parts on the bulkhead and plastic diffs. I've yet to upgrade hubs, let alone bulkheads. Never found those areas to be weak. May do hubs at some point. I also went for m2c chassis...after crash, new 7mm shocks, and m2c bellcrank. I shimmed front and rear external diff as well.
Your 8s seems rather rachety sounding, loose mesh in something, hard to tell. I use a nice waterproof grease, light green color. It stays on gears very well.
As for straps, look for fpv quadcopters straps. Kevlar and metal buckles.

I’d like to know the actual weight difference… thinking bout ordering some bulkheads myself, man their parts and nice but dam they’re expensive lol. With just a handful of Vitavon upgrades you could buy a brand new Kraton lol
I bought the V2 bulkheads, are yours the V2 ? Anybody know what they changed ? Mine are on a slow boat from China, Dec delivery sometime....just wondering how to tell V1 from V2. They actually describe them as " Redesigned"

Any upgrades to the Front/Rear diff? Twice i had to replace the rear running on stock setup.
As in rear gears? I haven’t broken mine yet, just an axle dogbone pin. I don’t know if any upgrades are out there.

"Never" is a bold statement. Lol. They definitely look nice and beefy, but doesn't that mean you'll just jump it bigger... haha. I may have to get some Vitavon parts for the next upgrade, they always look so nice and well designed.

Do you know where I can get out drives for my diffs and for spindles that use the slider driveshaft that are held on with the threaded pin? What I have is just a bezgar 1 or hm101 that uses regular ol dog bones just trying to figure out a way to upgrade it alittle for the price of them and a brushless upgrade they are definitely worth the effort. Thanks for any info. I love the vids you put out great stuff.

It needs a triple Velcro straps to hold your big battery,🤔😎 nice testing on duribility training exercise.👍

Can you please tell me, for the entire time of using the Kraton 8s, did you have any problems with the transmission? For example, did any gears break?
So far I have not had any gear issues at all. Trans has been solid and both ends have not given any issue at all.

All I can say is it is what it is.
They look great but that's alot of extra weight. I haven't broken a diff case or knuckles yet and I'm not super easy on my K8S 🤷♂️

Look awesome bro 👏🏽. It’s looking great I bought the red EXB VITAVON bulkheads for my 6s Exb, been thinking about the parts you ha w here for my 8s! I think I might have too! Q: does it make the truck a lot louder?? Also with the extra turnable steering did you have to adjust your transmitter stop end points?

I didn't notice it any louder, the bellcrank is the limiter now and hopefully Arthur will take care of that when he makes that piece

I’m collecting them right now and plan to donate them at that years USTE in Williston FL. Most of them are crawler related stuff and Ryan Cornmesser runs a very nice Crawlers for Kids Charity so I’ll give most of it to him.

I used ur link and ordered the vitavon knuckles and rear hub set for the armma kraton 6s. Hopefully there as nice as the 8s version. I also have future plans on getting the gear cases for the 6s also once I save up more $.

Vivaton is showing from China.....takes forever to get to the states....bangood took 88 days for hex driver bit set to ar-kansas....but I still like my sushi🤣🤣🤣🤣

Powerhobbies batteries are bad 👎 they get hot and fluff up then don't balance nightmare
