I could see the Murknob able to back up Gutrippas and Killaboss on Gnashtoof to help take an objective in a turn. Do mortals, have a ward, force the opponent to strike last, and hopefully hit on 3+ and wound on 3+.
Definitely anticipating seeing what our Swampcalla Warscroll looks like.
I actually find it kind of silly that his previous warscroll would actually be better in 4th because of how many more manifestations there will be. If he just gave a 5+ ignore the effect of a manifestation

Abilities break down
Your turn:
You use all your abilities in any order in a phase.
Your opponent can always use reaction abilities in response to you declaring an ability if they have one.
Once all your abilities are done, then your opponent can use their abilities before moving to the next phase.
In the combat phase it's the same, but there's 2 sub-phases: Non-Combat abilities and combat abilities.
So same order, your turn, your non-combat abilities first, reactions, then your opponents non-combat abilities, then your combat (strike first etc)

He can always be used as a proxy. If Monsta-killaz are really good, I'm planning on using 40mm base heroes that sit on the shelf as stand-ins for the beastnob and shambling together 16 man units of monsta-killaz

He is a +5 OC (+) -1 mw average increasing potentially = -1 OC in some cases + ward for your other infantry OC
I see a good totem support for OC points here
There are some Heroes unlock other heroes so I hope he gets unlocked by other heroes and is cheap.
I hope so, I always thought he would be much better w/o the hero role in 3E. Still fighting for a spot vs a unit of Hobgrots which is a tough sell but we'll see.
