Zayka Ka Tadka

Ingredients
- Whole wheat dough / Gehu ka aata - As required
- Clarified butter / Ghee - As required
- Salt - As per taste
- Red chilli powder / Lal mirch powder - As required
- Cumin seeds powder / Jeera powder - As required
- Coriander leaves / Hara dhaniya - A handful
- Onion / Pyaz - 1 Sliced
Instructions
- Take the medium soft wheat dough and make round shaped big circular peda from the dough. Dust it with flour and roll a peda to make a paratha.
Apply ghee to it. Sprinkle salt, red chilli powder, and cumin seeds powder.
Now spread coriander leaves on it. Now Make small vertical slits on the paratha.
- Now fold it like a roll. Then roll it over to make a circle and press it with your hands. Add onion and coriander leaves to it. Press it.
- Sprinkle red chilli powder on it. Dust it with flour and roll it to make a paratha. Press it.
- Meanwhile, heat a tawa. Place the prepared paratha on the tawa. Cook on one side.
- Flip it once it is slightly brown, apply ghee on both sides and cook it on a low to medium flame. Press the paratha while cooking it to make it crispy.
- Once done. Take it out to the serving plate.
- 'Masala Pyaz Lachha Paratha | Onion Lachha Paratha' is ready to be served.
