Japchae, my korean dad made it for me so many times.
I tried toekbokki (would love to see them try it), pajeon (scallion pancake, v good), my friend did the "corn dog" fish stick and bulgogi. We also has some yamyeong (sp?) Chicken

When I had bibimbap in Korea, the egg was always served raw, but the pot it's served in is very hot, and it cooks in just a few seconds as you mix it together.

As a Korean, it's always interesting to see how non-Koreans describe the taste. For instance, I thought we don't have hot spicy and 'sour' soup something like tom yum, but turns out kimchi jjigae is sour🤣 These kinds of reviews make me see what we have in different perspective and lead us to something new!

The raw crab seemed to be a textural thing for them, kinda like the tofu. I’m trying to think of what’s comparable in Mexican dishes that have a similar texture. Gooey, soft/mushy, pairs exceptionally well with rice…arroz con leche?
