“Amber H, then chaos”. Exactly. No coincidence that A enters Johnny’s life, and his stress level and irritability goes up. Abuse does that to a person.

True, it's no coincidence-AH and her posse took over JDs private life. Took advantage of his generosity, he bankrolled their party-all-the-time lives.
He couldn't escape them and just be himself in private.
I'm shocked at the constant stream of people in and out of their bedroom!

The fact that he stops him in the middle of an answer just to give him a breather and take a moment then carried him through the rest of the conversation melted me. I think he'd be very wise, if he wins this, to follow up with some sort of support of people with similar struggles. Something that people who are going through drug addiction counseling, or people- particularly men- who are trying to psych themselves up to leave a abusive partner could then have someone actively providing someone to look up to. It could really help his "Q. Score" ( lol if I never hear that term again...) - I just think it would help his image really, and I think it would help him. Watching all of this, and listening to the testimony, The only thing I've seen that is a little off about him- other than the drug use- is that he is a jealous partner. Which often happens if you don't feel secure in your relationships. Which is kind of sad considering who he is and what he's done- although I guess anybody can get imposter syndrome.
The more I watch this, the more I think there's always that one choice. The choice that changes your life. He's got to be wishing he could go back to the "Rum diary" and just say you're very pretty but no thanks...

I keep seeing people say that this case is extra-ordinary, like this doesn’t happen to normal people. It does. People like Amber are in every class, but the victims are not always so fortunate to have the means to fight them. I am so glad Johnny has been able to fight this hard. I hope this really makes people think twice before demonizing someone based on accusations alone

    • @danielleschiazza6172

I think they extraordinary because Johnny spoke up instead of just staying quiet and taking it. Men do not come forward often, if at all! Maybe because he is a celebrity it will encourage more men to do so. I agree 10000000% that people need to stop demonizing people based solely on someone else's word, it is wrong period! People need to have the balls to speak up and say NO I will not fire, cancel, demonize, ostracize etc. This person because someone else says so! Everyone is so afraid of being attacked so they stay quiet, it's such a weak cowardly spineless thing to do.

I think many of Johnny's expenses went to pay for the freeloaders that Amber brought into his life. Also, did you hear how much Johnny paid his security team, that was huge amounts of money which I think was well worth it for them protecting JD from Amber.

At the end of day, the simplest explanation for the hashtags is that a large number of people have become convinced that AH has done wrong and JD has been wronged, based presumably on EVIDENCE. Even if this is not an evidence driven phenomenon, the jury must be wondering what the social media consequences of the verdict will be to them. Not good for Amber.

I'm a fellow Canadian living in Amsterdam and am loving the vibe and commentary from all three of you! I was actually juror #8 in a murder trial years ago for a shooting victim. The trial was supposed to take 3 weeks and with one weird thing and another it went 3 months. It was quite an experience and the defendants were following us into elevators and tried sitting next to us in cafés the whole time so we were always dodging them. We ended up deliberating with 11 as one juror broke his arm the night before and were even sequestered too. Meanwhile I worked at the same company with a cousin of the victim and told the sheriff but since we weren't really friends they let me stay on the panel. It's so interesting to hear you guys talk about the jurors knowing how boring it can be and the discomfort of trying to not show emotion while everyone is studying you. Keep up the awesome work!!

Disney is full of greedy people, they would immediately call back Johhny Depp for next movie after he is pronounced Not guilty of Any DV......These executive will just look at how bankable a star is and their fan support....which Johhny Depp has in abundance.
