This is Standard operating procedure for lawyers in divorce court. The TRO always gets granted and the DV is never actually ajudicated. The TRO itself is considered proof of DV. The man is moved out of his property and it's handed over to the woman. Even with Johnny's resources to fight back it was done to him. The averaged man without resources has no chance and the lawyers know it. The Lawyers also know there is no risk in filing a false claim to get a TRO. But when a man does it he is an abuser. Why is "mutual abuse" when men defend themselves, but extenuating circumstances when a woman does it? This is Standard operating procedure for lawyers in divorce court. The TRO always gets granted and the DV is never actually ajudicated. The TRO itself is considered proof of DV. The man is moved out of his property and it's handed over to the woman. Even with Johnny's resources to fight back it was done to him. The averaged man without resources has no chance and the lawyers know it. The Lawyers also know there is no risk in filing a false claim to get a TRO.

I would class myself as a feminist, meaning I believe in equality. To me that means that no 1 sex is better, should have more rights, or should be believed over the other purely on the basis of sex. I truly believe that ALL allegations of Domestic abuse, sexual hareasment/abuse, rape, discrimination, assault or abuse of any kind should be fully investigated and justice sought to fullest extent of the law. That does not mean blindly believing all female accusers just because they are women, nor should it mean disregarding male accusers just because they are men. If both parties accuse the other of abuse, but deny perpetrating it, both allegations should be treated equally. We have to accept that all sexes are capable of abuse. And that at times men have to use physical self defence just as women do. Why is it that should a woman defend herself and cause serious injury, even death, they are brave. But when a man does it he is an abuser. Why is "mutual abuse" when men defend themselves, but extenuating circumstances when a woman does it?
The people who advocate for "believe all women" are not looking for fairness, it's not just a case of wanting to be taken seriously, they don't want equality, they are want superiority and bias in their favour within the judicial system.
