As a makeup artist of 12 years and a frequent makeup wearer myself for over 20 years….no lipstick, regardless of the color will cover up a split/busted lip. Absolutely not. Loved this video and I pray Camille crosses her like a PRO 🙏🏻

I have chronically chapped lips, that often scab up, and I always use a glossy formula when they are cracked and bleeding. Amber says she HAD to use a matte b/c of the injuries but matte would make it more visible, not less, IMO.
@@screamingcats72 she was on accutane and that medication causes severe dry lips. She probably picked it which causes blood.
She also takes an acne medication called Accutane which causes dehydrated lips you probably couldn't stop picking, especially on cocaine or any other cocktail of uppers and downers as described in the inadmissable Australian recording.
See, these are the types of testimonies we need! I couldn't stop laughing when the old witch lawyer of Poopy Heard kept asking the door guy if he was able to remember all the different kinds of make ups she was wearing.....6 years ago....haha, so stupid! Most men don't care what their girlfriend is wearing, as long as it's not too much and is tasteful and looks okay, but to name all of them? Haha, that guy was great! I bet he had a good laugh with his friends after that!
If she says the OPED isn't about Johnny, then why is she testifying to sexual and physical assualts.
Her team can't claim she didn't write the title cause she endorsed it. She provided info that warranted it.
If it isn't about Johnny and everyone wrongly assumed it is, why didn't she clear the air by telling people it isn't.

I thought that too .. isn’t that proof in itself. Surly it’s illegal to say someone SA’d you in a published article if you never sought medical attention, reported to the police, pressed charges or gave them jury trial to decide on guilt. Point to note she never pressed DV charges either she just took the money & ran with it without donating to the specified charities she said she would. If nothing else it shows a level of dishonesty and the doubt over everything else she states.
At the very beginning I was like… wait.. for his case she is claiming it wasn’t about him but for hers she is claiming a victim 🤔 how do u expect the jury to differentiate

The fact that when she recorded the aftermath in Australia NO ONE talked about any injuries to Amber is very telling.
Do you see her response/apology to the Australian public when she smuggled her two dogs into the country. Australia has very strict biosecurity and quarantine laws due its unique flora and fauna. AH was informed of this by her Australian assistant Kate James (in her testimony as a witness) and yet she still brought her dogs in any - it would appear that she is above the law. It appears she had a very strong influence over JD at the time. She certainly does not appear to be an abuse victim in this footage.

Also, her in the background yelling "I didn't mean to do it! I love him!" .... Didn't mean to do what, exactly? If he cut off his own finger, what didn't she mean to do? That was his only physical injury so what didn't Amber mean to do to Johnny?
I know the entire audio cannot be played in court because of others who are on it (which unfortunately makes it heresay) but what she is saying they can play if I am not mistaken and, just like Johnny screaming just before he was led away to get treatment that Amber made him sick of himself was played by her side, they can play her admitting she did something to Johnny and later saying things like "he's going to leave me...." and "poor Johnny" while also saying "if Johnny is staying I don't want to leave". I feel like what she did say on that audio, even without what everyone else said, would go a long way to proving she lied about what happened there.
That's not entirely true, Jerry Judge does mention in the recording that she has scratches on her left forearm but he believes she did them to herself, though he has no first hand knowledge that she actually did. Though other than that nothing else mentioned with regard to physical injuries on her.

Great cross examination
I’ve counted three separate times she has claimed he broke her nose. She documented everything but not 3 broken noses.
And without any treatment it healed perfectly straight every time!
The makeup artist signed a declaration stating she noticed NO bruising, scratches or redness prior to doing her makeup for the James Corden show.
Not quite correct, the stylist Samantha McMillan is on record saying she didn’t see anything. Her makeup artist and good friend Melanie Englesias said she covered bruises.
The supposedly slight bruising could possibly be from botox.

All this time and money and all this crazy stuff is really unfortunate it makes me wanna go back to court and expose my husband for his dalliances with the same team goodness gracious I would never make that public I have children you know. And I was thinking imagine if they had kids my kids were right smack dab in their mid teens when this one hit the road and if I knew then what I know now I would have never allowed it never how could I let that man destroy my family I didn't care about him I never loved him ever since I had kids when he started email playing for that other team if you catch my drift so but the agony my kids and I went through because of his litigious nature and his constant shaming of me it is horrible. I picked up on Amber slipping in that she'd tried covering up "bruising" unsuccessfully prepping for James Cordon before she called in help from the makeup artist who "caked" more makeup on. This lets her claim that that's they don't recall seeing her bruises because she was already wearing makeup. Even though that claim conflicts with "needing" makeup help, it might take recalling the makeup artist to dispute. She could also newly claim that her makeup completely covered the bruises & that the makeup artist's work that followed was routinely scheduled. Tricky liar.
@@jillianj310 the bruises in the photos DO NOT show what bruises would be like if her nose was broken. I’m a nurse and the way she described the attack in Australian would put her in the hospital. Why is there not ANY smeared blood all over the floor. She states she cut her feet 👣. Standing on broken glass would require medical treatment. She also walked through the airport in France and no one saw her favoring her feet. Imagine how much discomfort you would have if you walked on broken glass.
When you filed the TRO, Johnny was in another continent, halfway around the world from you. Why did you choose that timing to file? The press had been notified that you were filing at that date and time? Did you, or anyone you employ, notify a single press agency that you would be there at that specific moment in time? Are you aware of how the media was notified that you would be there? Are you aware that it is typical and usual to have a clerk file a TRO and that you did not need to be on site at the courthouse in person to file? Are you aware that there is a separate restricted entrance on the side of the courthouse to offer high profile cases privacy, yet you chose to walk through the front doors and into the crowd of reporters, why? Are you aware that your initial divorce notification to Mr. Depp stated that you were wanting to keep your divorce private? Are you aware that this was 48 hours before you filed a restraining order in public?
Lies, attention seeker in the highest regard. So many false and wrong here. I hope the truth gets out!

I think the "volunteer work" she claims to have participated in was due to Court ordered Community Service from her prior arrests! Worth checking out, that she didn't participate in these programs voluntarily!

Also Elaine quotes the Australia recording in her opening so I believe the audio should be allowed in. There are exceptions to the hearsay rules for when someone is deceased. Everyone else on the recording was a witness and can't be recalled to verify the things said on the audio. Rule 804
I’d asked Amber (in connection with the photo showing her bruised face):
Have you ever had cosmetic facial injections?
If yes, when? - she may (pretend) not to remember.
Who did the injections? - if possible, in order for the attorneys to get that cosmetic professional on the witness stand to find out whether the timing of the injections co-incided with Amber’s claim of having been physically assaulted by JD.
You wouldn even have to get the doctors to witness, the medical records should suffice

@@crystalsmith5330 Not sure if cosmetic injections count as a medical intervention; they are not treating a health issue, and thus might not be recorded in your medical history. Maybe it is different in the US?

When she claims she was being violated with a bottle, she was bent over backwards with her chest up, she never said Stop. No etc. She says she was trying to be still. She also states she was looking around at the broken glass etc and the mess etc. Wouldn't her view, being bent over backwards, be the ceiling.?
If I was being violated with a bottle while lying on my back I certainly wouldn't be turning my head to look left/right over my shoulder to see how messy the place was. That would be the last thing on my mind. Can't imagine she would just lay there while it was happening; if she was perhaps it wasn't out of fear? Or, never happened?
She was retelling her ex-assistant's story and had no way to relate to the experience.
Not only did she not mention her father abusing her, she said he was an upstanding guy. Not how I would describe someone who abused me.

My Dad used to abuse my mum. He was also abused as a kid. There was a moment that I remembered clearly when he locked me out of the room and he would choke my mum in the bathroom in their heated arguments. I would bang on the door and tried to stop him from hurting her. I would get disciplined as a child with slippers, belts and etc. Dad had a temper, and it would get worst with alcohol. But at the same time my dad was a ‘good dad’. He would help me with school and he would cook and make sure I was okay. Mum was definitely scarred, she planned on leaving but stayed because of me.
When w moved out of the country and went to NZ, his drinking habits had to stop because he was scared of the law and the police. He changed eventually. Mum saw that he changed and they’re still together to this day. He’s a lot more calmer now, no abuse and etc. they’re going on a trip sometime this year. Mum said she loves dad and that she’s happier now. So I can understand.
Edit: I actually got emotional dysregulation as a result of the childhood trauma. I think my Dad even has it too from his own childhood. The difference is that I grew up in a society where mental health is quite important and that there should be no shame in it. Dad grew up where mental health is considered taboo, so he didn’t or couldn’t seek help when he was younger.
As someone who works in the plastic surgery field, I would be asking a plastic surgeon to take the stand regarding her broken nose and her other injuries that she claims to have sustained. In fact because we do so many rhinoplasties, I was always interested in how perfect her nose is. When a patient breaks their nose or has had their nose broken, it does not look like Amber Heard‘s nose. In fact, following a rhinoplasty where our nose is actually broken, selectively of course, there is substantial swelling and bruising in the first few days, and can take up to 12 months to settle back into the final shape that was on the operating table. The fact that her nose looks so contoured and we can even see a super tip break on the side view of that video on James Corden, suggest that in fact her nose was not broken by common definition. And I’m not even a surgeon, but just on what I know from being a medical assistant. So if I was conducting the cross-examination, I also would be asking for intimate details about that and also honing in on her vague descriptions of violence. I’m actually very surprised that a medical expert has not been called in yet to testify for the plaintiff about the injuries. I will also wanted to know more about her abuse as a child at the hands of her father and her mother being abused by her father and whether she witnessed that. Because it could very well be that she is recalling a far more distant memory of her father being abusive and what he would do and then impute that to Johnny, which is no easy feat for the brain is to synthesise the information and recall it as though it were a true memory. I’m not saying that Johnny didn’t abuse her ( though he seems to have more support from ex employees than she does) but this is something that I would be asking as well to create some sort of explanation for her vague descriptions of violence. And clearly someone who is also abusive themselves cannot claim to be a rep for a domestic violence op Ed.
What do you think of the suggestion that the facial bruises in her photos are consistent with injections of Botox or fillers?
I had a broken nose fixed and the swelling lasted for well over a year, I think I was unlucky but the surgeon assured me that the areas that I thought he "missed" had some swelling and he said it would go down over time, and it could take a long time ... He was right but it took a couple of years!

My husband and I were talking about the case and wondering why they hadn't put out some of the recordings and what I saw as show stopping recordings. Now that you've explained what you would have done. It makes a lot more sense why they'd bring it out during Amber's cross, rather than while Johnny was on stand.

most incredible recordings ARE those from the Eastern Columbia front desk and elevator surveillance cameras every single day from the DATE she claimed the assault she used as Abuse claim for her TPO to the day OF her trip to the courthouse and the days after where in FULL light, there are NO marks or bruises that then appear ONLY at the courthouse. THEN marks cuts and bruises while she was dating Elon and JD was in another country. all in high def photos and video

A lot of recordings can't be used that are out there because there are other people in the audio from what I heard the only audio that can be used is between Johnny and amber which sucks so bad because there a ton online that would destroy her whole case
Johnny stated his reason for the filing was because of the harassment his loved ones most specifically his children were being exposed to. When they defended him, they were actually being harnessed and receiving death threats online. He wanted to make it right for them. No matter the outcome of the trail, I would think that at this point he has done just that. I think he has already done what he set out to do. As for Amber, no matter the outcome of the trail, her career has been ended. Karma has got her. As an actress her career is dependent upon public opinion. She has effectively become box office poisen at least for the next while. So I think that no matter the outcome of the trail, justice will end up being served.

I hadn't heard about the broken nose thing. I fainted once and broke my nose on a laundry tub. It completely disconnected the end bit of cartilage (that creates the bump at the end of some people's noses) from the bone. Both my eyes swelled almost shut and I had two black eyes. I'm not sure how broken noses generally play out, but I don't think you'd get the few dots of bruising around her eyes (suspiciously like botox injection points) from a broken nose.
If there's no medical evidence supporting it as *broken*... calling it a "broken nose" is speculation and a non-expert using a medical term?

I would play the tape where amber tells Johnny that she wants more heated arguments and Johnny doesn't allow her to have anymore physical fights. Johnny replies that he will not engage in anymore physical fights because she goes from verbal abuse to throwing glasses and pots and pans at him. He says he has to stop the fight and get the hell out of their. Heard calls him a coward for running away from the fights.
@Samantha McBay yes but so far they have not played the most devastating parts of the tape for example where heard complains to Johnny that since Australia he does not allow her to have physical fights but she wants to have more fights in their relationship. If she alleges physical and sexual assaults by Johnny why would she asks Johnny to be allowed to have more fights with physical and sexual assaults on her?

@@Rae777 the tape I listened to was called - full 2 hour audio - snippets of this audio have been played in court and I am hoping that the section I refer to will be played in court in Cross examination to prove that amber is lying about everything

Wow! Only a few minutes in and I must say, I am so impressed! You are hitting all these points that I have thought of during the trial, from a mock juror point of view. I have been a real juror and I have attended mock trails with a local firm. You are so sharp! Love this!
She cares about her public image so much that she lied about donating millions of dollars to charity, so that she would look like someone…that she is clearly not. She antagonized JD like it was some addictive and sadistic hobby, moved her friends and family into his penthouses to live ‘for free’…then sued JD for divorce…then obtained a restraining order against him (to make herself look like a victim, and to paint him as someone she was afraid of…which she knew was maliciously putting the onus on him as to the reason the marriage failed), and then cancelled the restraining order, and then proceeded to gaslight the public further…that her divorce settlement monies would be donated to charity. And yet…the donation, as she claimed…and happily took undeserved credit for - never happened!! Where is her integrity? Where is her conscience? Where is the proof that ANYTHING she says, is true?! How far will she go…to make herself look good, at the expense of JD?!
I have the same questions! And not only did Amber say she was GOING to donate the divorce settlement, she has been in interviews stated that she already HAD donated the money to the ACLU and Children’s Hospital. So she was manipulating the press and public and just straight up lying amongst everything else you mentioned. It’s absolutely Diabolical!
@also, maybe Amber told multiple media outlets that the money had already been donated, which is a flat out lie. She also got the divorce in 2016 from Johnny and he didn’t sue her until 2018 so she had a decent amount of time to donate that money if that was ever her intention.
@also, maybe JD is bringing lawsuits now, to have his own voice heard. Period. It has nothing to do with the charity donations which AH has falsity claimed to make…to boost her own image. Where she claims to donate money…has nothing to do with JD. Up until this trial…her voice has been the only voice that anyone has heard. JD has remained silent. He isn’t the one who chose to write an op-ed…accusing her of abuse…to ruin career…AFTER the divorce was settled. This law suit is a fallout from her endless shenanigans. She never knows when to stop, which is typical of someone with a personality disorder. So, his turn to have his version told. Fair’s fair. And the jury will decide who is more believable.

@@Miss_Deeds For me, I'm not a "fan" of Johnny Depp mainly because [as you suggested] I'm not a fan of any actors. I'm hard-of-hearing and have ADHD, so I just don't enjoy movies- reading the Closed Captioning for 2 hours feels like torture lol.
It also depends on what it means to be a fan. I have seen Chocolat and Blow (like 15 years ago) and I liked Johnny Depp in it. Could that mean I'm a "fan"? But until this trial, I never googled or thought of him. That's more than I can say about all other actors.
@@Leonicles Same here esp w/ the ADHD, I cannot either sit still or pay attention to the tv for 2 hours straight...not without pausing, at least!! I've seen a few JD movies; Edward Scissorhands, the first Pirates of the Caribbean. He was amazing in both, but also like you said I've never been inclined to fangirl anyone famous.
That said, after watching him go through this trial, he has definitely won my admiration in some way/shape/form. Can't say I'll go join a fan club but I think he has won a place in a lot of peoples' hearts and I'm definitely one of them.
@@tuesdaynyx I don’t think I’m the only one who’s got a hankering to watch some Pirates of the Caribbean movies. In fact I had to update my Disney+ today and started it this morning. I wouldn’t see a movie just bc he’s in it as evidenced by the fact of how many I haven’t seen. But I’m def a fan in the sense that if I met him I’d be so excited and would tell him I very much enjoy his contribution to our world! So I guess I’m a fan.

You are so spot on. Despite her fakeness there is too many inconsistencies in her account now and over the years. There is no evidence when there should be evidence. With such extreme abuse there should be some medical attention. She has no credibility. Even if she testified like a normal person there is no evidence where there should be.
She needs to listen to those audio's of her screeching abuse and Johnny trying to get away!

She was examined at Kippers office (by an acute care nurse) who checked for concussion and those medical notes state no injuries detected. That was less than 48 hrs after her alleged broken nose on Dec 15.
That's crazy. I'm having such difficulty putting the timeline together. It was easier to follow during JD's direct. I started getting confused around timeline during AH's direct.
This all sounds so wonderful in "Fantasy Courtroom." But for the average guy, it's not the way it works. I have been through similar though not quite so extreme. When I fought the TRO, my lawyer told me that he could not cross examine examine her because I would be seen as bullying/intimidating her. This is a very real possibility.
Despite being successful in my appeal, and the judge telling her she was "Hysterical," I was given an additional 6 mo TRO "to allow her to calm down." 15 years later, she still has not calmed down.

It’s disturbing that you had to go through that.
Recognize that the standard of proof for a TRO is very different than that of defamation. Disproving , tearing down a witness is bad strategy in a TRO, but it is critical in a defamation action.
While it seems biased, a TRO is to protect one party. Judges err on the side of protection. Especially where reconciling is unlikely.

Regarding Australia incident -
Amber's testimony of taking "a quarter of the medication they wanted me to...
The medication she was referring to is the antipsychotic Seroquel, and her usual dose was 25. She took her usual dose, not the dosage of 50 that Nurse Debbie offered her. So, she took half the dose offered to her. Why she said a quarter of the dose is because Dr. Kipper had said on Australia audio recording, he'd be ok with her taking 100. Amber's testimony is therefore not based on what happened, but rather what she heard on this audio recording (can listen to it on Incredibly Average channel).
(Nurse Debbie had the direct communication with Amber and was the one who offered her the medication, to which Amber testified. Dr. Kipper was not present when Amber was given Seroquel, nor did he talk directly with Amber about the dosage.)
Since Amber obviously got the quarter amount from hearing this tape, from the doctor's words and NOT from what was physically offered to her, can this part of her VA (hearsay) testimony be struck? Or, does this allow the tape to be entered into evidence, including the part where she states she did it to Johnny...?

Regarding the plant in the entrance area of the Australia home-
Amber's testimony: She was trying to look for her phone (but they suggested she go to another room)
On the audio tape: Amber doesn't like Dr. Kipper spending time looking for JD's finger flesh in the entrance area.
I believe Nurse Debbie tells Dr. Kipper not to look in the plant. Why? The only reason would seem to be Amber lying to Nurse Debbie about something that involves the plant, so Nurse Debbie later dissuades anyone from touching it.
What do you wanna bet the recording instrument was tucked in the plant?
Anyone hear her "find" the two empty bags of coke, and bring them to Jerry as if she is trying to help everyone clean the scene? She probably had just done the rest of the cocaine. She was on coke and other substances at that point. They wanted her to go to sleep, hence the seroquel the Dr. was ok with the higher dose of seroquel 100mg. Seroquel is commonly prescribed off label for sleep. I take 150mg before bed for sleep not as an antipsychotic.

How professional was that therapist? If Amber didn't think anything of inviting her therapist over, then why such a big deal that Dr. Curry took the dinner meeting with Johnny and his attorneys at his home, where they could maintain privacy about the case?!
Also, the (above mentioned therapist was the same or a different) therapist Amber claimed she stopped seeing, because he/she wanted her to do something, or was going to report, about the alleged abuse she received, couldn't the reason for discontinuing therapy was she was getting caught in lies? Or, the therapist wanted to formally diagnose mental disorders he/she suspected Amber had and has?
How would you approach this matter?

Her comments that were like, "oh, this picture might have been a few days later" as if the bruising would look better would be an interesting thing to get into. If she doesn't realize how bruising and swelling develops over days before getting better, that's a huge tell that she hasn't had to actually worry about whether injuries would show later on.

About the metadata, Judge Penny ordered her to have her phone/photos analyzed by a forensic specialist using a specific program and she failed to do so.
if she is telling the truth, she could have proved it with one photo; she took a photo of the mirror with the paint on it in the bathroom in Australia, after the alleged" assault" from Johnny, why she removed herself from the frame? if you are taking a photo of a mirror, it takes extra effort to remove self from picture!!!! Liar Liar

Holy shit, if AH got asked these questions like Peter has listed out in this video I'd be cheering from here in Australia.
You are a force! One thing I might have brought up was the broken glass testimony and the airport. Unless I have the timing mixed up, I believe she spoke about her feet having been cut up but then testified she had to hurry to catch flights, etc. Did she bleed all over the airport? Did she require use of a wheelchair? How did she run without breaking open the stitches she surely had to have?
The broken glass story was her version of the night of the finger incident.
The doctors were there looking for his finger. They never once acknowledged any injuries on AH and she never asked for help. One would think that if she was truly violated with a giant whiskey bottle and drug thru glass, that she would have needed some serious medical attention.
She left with Ben King and went back to LA. He testified and never noticed any injuries on her.
Her speech is such a farce

She took sleeping pills & went to sleep but, no mention of tending to all her cuts & wounds. Re: the writings on bathroom mirror: think it's same room she claims she barricaded herself in (tho open to patio.) 🙄 SO... guess he came in & did that while she was sleeping?? He prob did do MOST the writing but, she wasn't sleeping during any of it!
She also made sure everyone knew all the AB was to her and it was all his fault, so she would have made sure they all knew about her feet been cut and her arms and legs and face being hurt. Yet no one noticed and she never mentioned it. Hmmm.

Apparently one of the divorce settlement agreements was that she rescinded the physical assaults allegations. BBC break down of the divorce agreement stated they both signed an NDA not to disclose any part of the relationship publicly.

What really gets me, as an observer, is the lack of hospital records. Just playing devil's advocate for the moment: let's say AH's testimony is true. How are there no hospital records after the injuries she sustained, especially to her face? Combined with how important AH's face was to her livelihood, that makes no sense at all. I mean, I suppose she could claim that JD didn't _allow_ her to go to the hospital... except that she's a public figure, who was well known to be married to JD. Her not being by JD's side during public events, if the injuries went wrong (to the point where she couldn't cover them up), would arguably be worse for him than her going to the hospital in the first place. Plus, I think it was established that he _helped_ her career?
And how could those injuries NOT go wrong, left untreated? Why is it not obvious that her nose has been broken at some point?
Not even just her face, she says her feet got shredded by glass in Australia how would she not have hospital records for that, she’d need the glass to be removed and she’d have gashes that would likely need stitches and potentially cause nerve damage and likely would not be able to walk for a long time after the fact, like there’s no way you can just not get medical attention for those injuries

A lot of people who are abused don't seek medical attention and don't report the abuse.
Not that I believe Amber Heard, but just saying it's not uncommon for victims of abuse to cover and protect their abuser.

"Why" could make sense (though it makes less sense because her looks are important to her livelihood), but "how" still doesn't. It would be one thing if she weren't a public figure, but she's a professional actress, and is pretty well-known with and without JD. We (the public) saw her walking around, in heels and without difficulty or any bandages, after her feet were supposedly shredded with glass. And we saw her nose was just fine after it was supposedly broken... and all without receiving medical attention? No medical attention, and there was no permanent damage?

There are often no hospital records. I know someone whose ribs were broken from DV abuse, and they didn't go to the hospital, hence, no hospital records.
Again, I don't believe Amber. I'm simply responding to your question about how there could be no hospital records by saying abuse victims often don't go to the hospital.
She got the TRO ex parte when he was on his way out of the country on summer tour with his band in EUROPE. Johnny's team was given two days to either sign over his penthouses free and clear..including paying utility bills, $50,000 per month spousal support, $10,000 month for entertainment, vacations, incidentals, and other crazy amounts in a letter from her lawyer. If he didn't sign, she was going to file TRO. Basically, she extorted him ...while he was on a transatlantic flight. There is an audio recording of JD and AH discussing this. He finally had enough of her crap and said "I will see you in court!"
All that for one year of a horrible marriage? I still can’t believe she even got 7 million

There was a great question about made-up bruises. I would even make something like that of this line of questioning:
"You claim to have used makeup to cover the bruises?" Yes
"Witnesses claim you had natural looks, do you remember that?" Yes
"So would it be fair to say that your makeup skills are enough to cover the bruises without it appearing like a lot of makeup was applied?"
"Are you aware that makeup is also used in movies to imitate bruises?"
I would definitely let them hear as much audio as possible of her wailing on him. Especially San Francisco after the TRO when she wanted him back 👀

As a lay person NDAs have always sounded (to me) like a way for powerful people to keep others quiet about their bad deeds. Are you at all concerned about the jury thinking, “why are they so worried about her disclosing facts if they’re not bad?”
I feel the same. I have a NDA with my work, and had one with several other jobs. I feel like they're to protect big organizations with expensive lawyers to keep little people that can't afford a lawyer from starting a fight they can't win.

To protect thier careers and his children. Once the truth was out about his drug and alcohol dependence was made public, he didnt care about the details anymore because his career was completely destroyed by her lying about the sexual/physical abuse.
NDAs become void in a court proceeding such as this.
Re: the NDA - I would frame it as a way to protect his privacy when he w/d from opiates - the hardest thing to do besides quit smoking. I’ve done both and opiates is worse, much worse.

I assume he's not bringing up Kate Moss because it's still up in the air. While it seems likely, we still don't know for certain if bringing up Kate Moss opens the door for past allegations. We'll only know when the judge decides.
I don’t think it would matter in cross. I think it’s just that it opens the door to question Kate and show that he was never abusive in that relationship.

Emily D. Baker said that Johnny employed a third party to analyse amber's photos metadata, but literally none of the photographic/recording has been supplied to either amber's expert or Johnny's, even though they were supposed to all be done by 30th November 2021, which was ordered by the court. Johnny's lawyers have for the seventh time have been asking for sanctions to be issued to AH. The court stipulated what software was to be used there are over 58,000 pictures, all her team has sent in are pictures that are nothing to do with this case. What will happen if it is not supplied and examined by end of trial?
I asked that on Emily’s chat. They said the Judge will tell the jury (in her instructions to them) that AH (or her team) failed to provide those, so the jury knows the truth.
They did hand something over, but it was a combination of corrupt files or useless copies that couldn't be analyzed, and that was after the extension.
That was an interesting mock cross examination! There was some arguments I didnt think about.. and that makes me even more curious about what is going to come up on the real cross examination
