I installed pss10 on my 97 993 with setting at 2 because one of the original front dampers was not working properly and decided to use pss10.
If you would like to simulate the experience of pss10 at setting 2, inflate your tires to 40 front and 46 rear. Not exactly same but going over bumps on highways will be close.
    Body roll are definitely reduced.

I just put the B6's on all around with the stock springs and I can tell quite a difference. Especially in a strong crosswind I seem to get much less wandering now than with the old shocks. I didn't want the car any lower and for this, the Bilstein B6 was the ticket! They also seem to rattle less, if at all.

What made you just do b6s and not b16s? I am very very happy with them, they are not stiff(compared to other coilovers from my experience) but retain the PSM for track days.

@@DavidFigs I don't have PASM and the springs are still good so I wanted just new struts to use with my springs. I had new B6 shocks on the rears and figured that putting the B6's on the fronts just made sense. I never track this car. Also...the B6 front struts are $268 each on Rock Auto and I did the work myself. I'm never afraid to save $ when I can!

appreciate the info. if you will regularly track down something about the oil pickup. it’s an issue for this car in sustained corners

Have you thought about adding DSC controller. See if that improves B16 even more?

Yep that was the plan! I've heard great things on the DSC controller + simple plug and play + holds resale value.

What about ride height and how that impacts street use? Thanks for the video.

Well I kept the ride height almost the same.. I think it's lowered less than 5mm just to get rid of the wheel gap. But what's nice is when I get new wheels/tires I'll be able to fully adjust the height and camber

For my 993 with 17 inch wheels with the bilstein factory suggested settings, it lowered about 1 inch overall. But you can lower more. Less rolls but firmer(harsher) over the larger bumps. Smaller bumps on highway did not make much difference.

I have BIlstein Damptronics (B16) on my 997.2 and I hate it. Too stiff for my daily city driving. In PASM sport it is too hard even on the track. I bought the car with it already installed unfortunately so can't swap it back to stock for a reasonable price.
I even ran slightly lower tire pressures to compensate for harshness of it.
So unless you track your car regularly - don't do it.

From OEM suspension I think it's 20-30% more stiff..nothing crazy.. my wife / friends never say the car is too stiff or even notice it isn't OEM. I wonder if your roads are worse or if it wasn't done correctly/needing other components replaced

      Get a DSC Controller.
