The old school bilsteins my buddy put in his 83 gti, way back in 1992 or so still work nicely. they’ve been on numerous cars and passed around to a few different friends and used on their cars. Mk1 Bilstein struts are such whores

Im currently on BC BR coilovers for my civic hatchback sport 2017. At first it was super bouncy but i been messing around with preload and the ride quality improve so much!
goitoutdoors I am all the time . I feel safe thanks to my Baja kits . I’m actually out there in the desert pedal to the floor , rock climbing, hitting the dunes in Baja, hitting up trails . Last thing I want is a crappy upper control arm or ball joint to snap . These shocks are good , Not great but good 👍🏻 . Eventually I’ll get around to King Shocks on All four Corners
still think brakes would be a great addition to not only this series...but the website as well...sure you can look cool and go around corners fast...but its that damn thing called stopping that keeps getting in the way of all the fun when you run your $4k wheels, $3k suspension, and $1500 in tires off the road/track because you still had stock brakes...
Got h&r race springs with factory VW dampers and i gotta say it's a really solid setup with pretty good fitment considering how simple, cheap and easy it is. Not tucking tire but only 1 finger Gap all around and a nice little bit of rake it looks mint on the mkv Jetta ;D

I have an 08 Subaru Legacy with stock suspension. The upgraded "STi" version of my car came with Bilstein shocks. Mine would be perfect with a set of them on it.
@@Bloodymononoke39 they are the best shocks I've ever put on a classic but to be fair ive never tried the QA1 stuff and I hear they make an absolutely great product as well. Interesting side note, I managed the service center at Motorcar Studio in Atlanta (worth googling) and we handled a lot of classic Porsches as well as a wide variety of classics, vintage race cars. I was introduced to the quality of Bilsteins because a lot of the Porsches were fitted with them. I decided to try to mix a little German engineering with American muscle to outfit my '74 Duster for "underground" cannonball runs. I was happy about my choice of shocks to say the least. To be fair tho, I am running a super unique heavily modified torsion bar setup that takes corners flat at 100mph. My setup is not only stiff but it is wildly different than what most racers would do (coil-overs/mustang II clip)

The Bilstein PSS9s were phenomenal on my Audi. My R32 is on H&R premiums however, as none of the Bilstien Coilovers for the R32 go low. Can’t really go wrong with either company.

I have had great luck with them and the quality. I have Eibach sport springs with Bilstein Sport struts on my daily. Probably a bit firm for some but makes the car have less body role in the corners. For my project car I have Bilstein Club Sports. Just because race car!

I was using bilstein B8 plus einfach spring together they call it B12 set on my F20 BMW. The high speed compress and rebound dampening was set too high. Very bumpy on the not very good road conditions. For Highway it’s ok, but cannot survive from the pothole

Bilstein B6 on my BMW. Installed less then a week ago. Handling improved. Breaking distance improved. Overall ride quality improved.
Do you use the stock springs with them? I wanted to upgrade my suspension without reducing my ride height

H&R coilovers are also using Bilstein Shockabsorbers - the more you know ;)

Those are Forged Series ESR wheels which can be found on their website! Secondly I do not believe those will fit.
