I love the color of the exterior and the interior is so artistic!! The prices are reasonable and the location is ideal!! Its great when you can live near Disney World and Universal Studios!! Kaleb?? Hi Kaleb, So house #1. The Driveway has a lot of cracks, looked into the garage, They should have put epoxy in there. I dislike the Primary bathroom, For which they should replaced the shower, With a Tub. I Really loved the kitchen, but still not a bad looking house. Selling price $300,000-$315,000 $384,000 is extremely high. House #2. It's nice, AS you know Kaleb, Not a fan of Pools at all. I do liked the open space, The bathrooms are very nice. But I still believe it's priced to high, Selling $465,000-$499,000. House #3, Extremely well taken care of. Just too much for my blood. Almost $1,000.000. I'm sure someone would come along to buy this property. Thanks for the tour Kaleb, See you on the next one😊
House number 3 just closed 850k Hunter creek all A rated schools Close to shopping Close to airport and DTorlando Monthly farmers market movies in the park shingle creek walking trails. 7 parks in the community Best of all hunter creek is on Disney door step so close only 10 minutes away. The third house doesn’t scream “I’m a million dollars”. You must be paying for the area. Too bad the bathroom windows are at the front of the house. Don’t forget to close them, otherwise you’ll give your neighbors a peep show!

I'm not sure how it works, but If I purchase a home that was foreclosed by the bank because the previous owner(s) couldn't/didn't pay taxes or keep up with mortgage payments, does that mean that as a new buyer I would have to take over their past due payments? Esp the taxes? I mean I guess I understand if I had to but at the same time it would suck because I had nothing to do with those non payments. So idk unless a buyer has a lot of money, that's gotta kind of suck for any new buyer. Not sure if a property or home is worth it. Esp if it's a lot of back taxes.

En-suite small & dated. Door to backyard ok. Dining and living room ok. Covered lanai. Actually like the windows & door. Needs a new fence. And maybe a lap pool could fit. I’ve seen and you’ve toured smaller homes with a better layout. Has potential has updated. 2nd home high taxes. Elevation ok. The dining room seems immediate on entry. 1st small bedroom. Bathroom? Gotta rewind. Primary not bad. Nice closet and en-suite. Agreed. Nice kitchen. Laundry area. Odd closet doors. Bathroom ok. Don’t care for the home but the backyard wins. Pool/fenced/outdoor kitchen. Can figure out inside. 3rd home. Hi Mabel. The red door is a no. Easy fix. Love the front elevation. High ceilings. Appreciate the 1/2 bath. Like the paint color and floors. Big primary. 1st closet can be for coats luggage. En-suite ok. Fireplace needs a color change. Nice kitchen. Agreed. Glassed nook is nice with pool views. Like the bathroom in the rear. Thanks for watching! This is a very desirable neighborhood in Central Florida and homes sell very fast. The house still has its privacy and no neighbors in the back. It’s a very good location! 🙂
I agree on paint job. 1200 a year helps pay for all 7 private parks. Helps pay for all the community events they put on. Pays for all lawyers took on the bright line to stop the train from Coming. These are just some examples. New community’s pay 100$ a month and don’t get anything no parks Or pools or anything unfortunately
Start posting videos when the houses are priced at their actual worth. This first house is at most a 190$ house, and that’s being generous. It’s priced double it’s worth. Florida is imploding. Nobody is paying for the over priced houses anymore. That ship has sailed
House number 3 is over priced. My mom friend lives in Isleworth Windermere, and her house is over 5000 sq feet. And Cost the the same price as this house. LOL
