With regard to the RSA (which I’m used to in a Yaris), part of the main difficulty is incompatibility with quite a few road signs. It ranges from the lack of them, or signs that are visible to the system but do not apply to the lane one is in, sign obstruction to vegetation etc. It’s a good idea, but to make it work well there would have to be a lot of co-operation with various highway management organisations to make it work well.
