The cravings and desserts are my weak points. I’ve noticed the more volume of red meat/beef I eat the less I crave junk. I eat as much steak as I can afford.
@@clayveldkamp6739 correct. Feast on fatty red meat. The fat content keeps you satiated and full, which prevents cravings.
Thanks for the tips. I was worried I would not be able to get cancer soon enough. With your great advice I look forward to getting cancer and looking like 70 year old Owsley Stanley soon. As the only multi-decade carnivore in recorded history, he had such a great voice and skin tone. He was such an inspiration. Keep up the good work! People aren't working hard enough to get cancer and you are good motivation

Great content! The one thing I may suggest is glass containers. The plastic may release chemical when warming up, if your using a microwave

top tip you can actually get away with mcdonalds beef patties if you really have to but only the beef nothing else turns out its not tainted

Do you ever have to re-reason your cast iron skillet? Probably not because fat is flavor. Was a little scared seeing you use that metal spatula in the beautiful lodge cast iron 😮😂
I don’t guess it hurts it or I haven’t had any problems with the taste 🤣 and I only cook stack and ground beef in it.
Bragging attitude.... I dead lift 605. Well I dead lift 645 and only eat butter and hagandaz ice cream.😊
