I am really considering it. The setup is quick though, but I could save a few minutes for each jams. At the moment everything fit in my work backpack, which is an advantage...

Thank you. The J-6 plays the pads at the beginning. The S-1 plays the leading arpeggio and the T-8 plays the drums (no bassline involved). I am still asking myself to get the E-4 or not...
@bigkik I ask myself whether I need the E4 or not, too, since I am definitely not a good singer. But in the end, I thought altered voices could spice up the hole stuff, and my son was interested as well.
@@christophschmitt4600 I personnaly thought about it more like an effect box for synths or samples , and occasionally for voices.
Could be also interesting and funny though for kids !
@@christophschmitt4600got it and it is fun. Don't like my voice 😅 Harmony+Vocoder alone will change your voice enough in higher settings. Auto-Pitch is fun too, I use it in fixed-pitch only, but connecting it to a midi source would be tons of fun.
Plus you have 19 different Scatter models, each of which have level 1-10, and even in level 1 your voice is already changed enough.
I haven't used it as an effects Module, because the Mic Input is mono only.

Hard question... Technically the MC-101 is far more capable. But I find it easier and funnier to use those.
Apart from the J-6, the big limitations are pattern length for T-8 and S-1 (32 and 64 steps respectively) and no pattern chaining. Program changes over midi are really great though (volca and PO don't have it) so it is easy to switch patterns. But with 2 hands it becomes hard really fast to handle simultaneous actions...
They are great for quick inspiration, live play whereas the MC-101 (for me) is a great dawless production tool. I have seen you are doing great with it though, with more live interactions than I am able to deal with !

@@julienchrist concernant la carte uca-222, à vrai dire je n'ai rien essayé d'autre à part une console micro mix 2 qui marche également. L'uca-222 est ultra compacte et me conviens pour mon setup minimalistic. Pas sûr en revanche qu'une carte classique fonctionne avec un smartphone comme dans mon cas...
