I'm setting up my Master MX and Stream Deck right now! Master MX is a great mouse. I used to use the Corsair Scimitar. That mouse is great and I feel like I was faster editing with the 12 buttons, but it wasn't wireless. I haven't yet got the hang of the gestures on the MX. It doesn't feel as natural as gestures on say a magic track pad. I always forget about the 2 side buttons.
I just just picked up this mouse. I haven't gotten into configuring it yet, but I got it because I think that the gestures feature would have some really good applications for Studio One. I'm thinking of mapping -> to zoom full,
I think you have a really harmonious set of gear on your desktop. I want to buy a streamdeck like you so i can add more macros and gain on workflow speed so imnreally looking forward tonsee what made with it. I have nearly the same tools as you except i have the io station 24c that is a faderport with a sound interface all in one. An atom sq as a midi controller and soon a streamdeck.
I also have the Logitech MX Master mouse. However, I can’t use the Logitech software otherwise SHIFT + Scroll Wheel doesn’t scroll right & left in Studio One.
@@ImIvanCalderon thanks for the reply. The side scroll wheel is not very practical on the MX Master. It's nice to have, but I much rather use the normal scroll wheel with SHIFT to scroll sideways on Studio One. I use an app called SteerMouse instead of the regular Logitech software to be able to use it. The Logitech software can't even be installed, otherwise the SHIFT key won't work.
studio one is so awful setting up midi controllers. I struggled for 10 minutes with Akai, I opened up Logic and it literally just completely worked without doing anything . wtf
it's not. The difference is that your controller is natively supported on logic pro and not in studio one. Which makes sense because studio one is a bit newer and less popular than logic. However Studio One has a very easy way to assign any daw action (like move to next track, stop play, record ecc) to any knob on your controller, you just dont know how to do it.

Yeah we need that stream deck video asap brother 🔥
I got you! 🙌🏽
+1 for this. I use it too but would enjoy seeing how the Master uses it.

It's amazing, you're going to love it!
Cool video, thanks! Would it be possible to specify which commands you have on the Redo Recording macro? Thanks!

Thanks! I try to be very intentional with the stuff that I use cause I hate clutter. Definitely get the stream deck though, I highly recommend!

From what I understand, the Shift modifier is disabled because the mouse has a built in side scroll wheel!
