Dude, you gotta come up with some way to promote your channel and get more subcribers! Your content is really top notch, and it's a pity it's not reaching more people...
Thanks man, honestly, I got focused on other social media programs this past year and let TH-cam go. But I am going to hammer TH-cam hard this year and try to deliver good content. Let me know if there is anything in particular that you would like to see.
1:00 turn snap punch over with elbow in( start with the palm facing up then at the end I turn it over to the down floor) 1:33 opposite hand up (like answering phone ) above the ears 1:55 rotate shoulder and hip for the cross Pushing hip out or stepping without turn foot for power jab
I use and teach both, depending on the situation. Don't put yourself in a box when it comes to learning and training. Remember Martial Arts is an art, so use what you like from other fighters and make it your style so it works for you. I hope this makes sense and helps you. 😎
Yes it could. However, it is not meant for conditioning. It's purely designed for technique, and to fix your punches. Everything I put up is to break down your technique and improve on the gaps.
dont know if you still check comments for this video or even if you still use this channel but how would you snap a hook or an uppercut? how do i apply this to those punches
Yes, I do check the page often to respond to comments. First, thank you for supporting the channel. As far as the hook or uppercut those strikes are thrown completely different. It would be too much detail for me to try and explain them via message. I would not use this technique to execute those punches. I will try to make a how-to video within the next week and break them down for you. Is there something specific that you're looking for or an overall how-to video?
@@FloridaMuayThai I am just always looking to improve as a boxer. Truth be told outside of my training with my coach 8 hours boxing including calisthenics pad work and sparring , 2 of yoga, 1 of corrective exercise with a chiropracter I dont know how to program for myself especially around working full time. But anything on technique, or strength ,conditioning, dieting, sobriety, etc always helpful
Great content. Your channel is about to blow up man.
after watching about 15 videos trying to find a practical way to improve my overly stiff punches this is the first one that made a light bulb go off!
I'm glad that I could help!

Awesome!
Cool tech man 👌
Thanks, let me know if it helps or if you have any questions.
Man this place is 30 minutes away from me and I really wanna go.
Check out the website to see the details on how to do that. www.floridamuaythai.com
So you recommend holding your hands like a boxer for Muay Thai as opposed to the Nak Muay hand position?
I use and teach both, depending on the situation. Don't put yourself in a box when it comes to learning and training. Remember Martial Arts is an art, so use what you like from other fighters and make it your style so it works for you. I hope this makes sense and helps you. 😎
@@FloridaMuayThai Oh I wasn’t criticising, I was genuinely asking
@@Tr8nt I didn't take it that way. I was just trying to give context to my answer. Thank you for your support on the channel.
SOY THAI 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Do you keep your hands tighty throughout whole holding on to the wooden sticks
Yes, you don't want them to hit each other. Also, you want to keep your elbows tucked in.
Could this be done with a moulded dumbell for more endurance aswell or what that affect technique?
Yes it could. However, it is not meant for conditioning. It's purely designed for technique, and to fix your punches. Everything I put up is to break down your technique and improve on the gaps.
