    I like that you showed great examples of stuff we hear from coaches everyday. People just take it for granted that we know what 'breathe' or 'follow through' means.
    More basics need to be explained, more in depth. Great video, thanks!

    That brings back memories of the one time I followed through when I punched a guy in the gym messy in fact I got banned from the gym after that one unfortunately I was wearing shorts and no underwear so they had to replace all the floor mats

    This may sound stupid lol but How do you know if you got power behind your punch…like how do you know if you naturally a heavy hitter

      It doesn't sound stupid at all and it's def a legit question.
      Well, naturally if u wanna test how heavy ur hands are, then you can see how your sparring partners react to your punches, if it's a constant thing with anyone you sparred, then you know you got canons.
      Scientifically speaking, you can test your power thru PSI measurements from some sports science places.
