I would say that WLB + stress levels are dependent on the company you choose! And if these things are priorities for you, you can ask questions during your interviews to help you gauge these factors when making your decision. Luckily I’ve been fortunate to have found companies with a healthy work culture and reasonable WLB ☺️

Hey I have a Q&A, I am pivoting into tech from being a digital marketer, and I wanted my journey to go like this becoming a UX/UI designer first because I have this app Idea and I want to be a representation for black women in tech and then Goal to become a PM,. I’m actively learning UX design now, but would it be the right move to still apply to Associate PM roles than PM. My challenge is I am learning more technical skills now before I jump in tech at all
