How do you obtain the vision and develop strategy? How do you get feedback on what to build and how do you manage that? Do you deal with stakeholders? Please explain this in more details.

Hi destiny! Took me some time before I can get back to you! I was really trying to see how I can put in structure and context base on what I learned from work!
Lately, what I’ve learned for setting vision and strategy is to always align your initiatives with company OKR and weight those initiatives by impact, effort, opportunity and reach.
In terms of getting feedback, you will constantly listen to your customers before and after your feature is launched. There is quantity and qualitative ways to getting feedback. Quantity, you can use data. Qualitative, you can speak to customers directly.
And yes, as a PM, you constantly work with external stakeholders!

This video was truly insightful. I particularly love how you broke down your tasks as a PM. I would really appreciate if you do an in-depth video about Acceptance Criteria.
Thank you so much again for sharing. I had to watch all your videos ❤

At our company, we are told a PRD is not needed because we're agile. Is PRD only for waterfall?

To be honest! I kinda agree! I spent quite a lot of time writing PRD and I wish I didn’t have to 🥲

thanks for the video. I'm Considering transitioning into product management from QA but i don't know how to start. I read and see in jobs that I should have a portafolio but i never create or build a product. I read a lot about this and but i think it s not enough to start.

@@tinalouisechen I really apreciatte your reply. Actually i'm applying for differents product management entry level roles but i cant even get the interviews , I think it's because i dont have experience in this field. I'm a software QA and in the last 6 months I'm trying doing this transition.
