you are T2？That's a very high level.But you still can keep a good sitting balance.I see many low level such as T7 T5 T9 even cannot have the sitting balance.

Yeah I do seem to sit and balance quite well for my injury level. I spent a lot of time and effort doing physio at Neurokinex to improve my balance and coordination while sitting and it paid off. I learned to use my lat muscles to maintain a good position. Probably also helps having rods from T3-T10 too!
