Quit givin the kiddos grief. The drop in altitude hurts their ears and when autopilot is disengaged, esp on Airbus, the Pilot Flying is most times, all over the place, thus giving the child a physically unsafe feeling, resulting in the emotional notification by crying. I might add, if You who are complaining about the child, were the same age, and on the same flight, there's no doubt YOU would be fussing as much or likely more, considering you're predisposed to complaining. 😉😎
@@WaterburnerActual Lol's! Yup, people forget they were babies at one time too. It always broke my heart to see the little one's suffer from the pressure changes inflight. Some mothers don't know how nursing or a pacifier can alleviate most of the discomfort. I'd always pass that tip along any time I was part of a crew or commuting.
They’re actually completely different companies. GE Appliances, for example, are made by Haier, which has ZERO affiliation to the GE that makes this beast of an engine.
Russell Butler . Yes the slats are fully extended when landing flaps (25 or 30) selected, and in mid - range at flaps 20 and below. When initiating the go around the pilot flying calls for flap to be reduced to 20. That selection was probably made around 2:15 as the engines started to spool up. However, the delay in slat movement was because the slats only retract to mid - range after the trailing edge flaps have reached 20.
Babies cry while plane is descending because of change in pressure on their not yet fully developed ear drums. Thay are in pain and do not know how to speak yet.
Mike jaques I'm really not trying to be a douche but it is called a go around. A turn around is done when a plane reaches the gate and it has to fly again in lets say 2 hours. Again, not trying to be a douche :)
Now that you corrected me,,,,, how about WHY did they do a GO around. the time you took to correct me you could have slipped in the answer to my question. looked like a great landing and they had to take off again. and just wondered why. as per being a douche I reserve judgement. Thank you Mike.
You could see that nstreetphotography already answered your question so there was no need for me to repeat it. Furthermore I could'nt give you the answer because a go around can be done due to various reasons. However, since you wanna know so bad, there was a plane on the runway
Baby cries during landing
Go around
Baby stops crying because of wonderful GE90 roar
Nevermind he still cries during go around but not as much as the landing
John Carlo Fernando those GE’s do put me to sleep.
Me to
GE90 fellowship!
Imagine when someone mad at the baby and said to the parent that the plane go around cause the pilot was distracted by the baby cry 🤣🤣
They didn't forget the thrust this time. Nicely done Emirates.
Michael P. It was perfect IMO
I see what you did there 😂
Good one..
EK521 :P
That went dark real quick...
I would love to feel the G's in my seat as this thing accelerates!
the power was crazy!
Same
It gave me a headache
Emm, the power weight ratio on 777 is not the best. 757, md11 even some Russian made aircraft can beat it
Jiarui Zhang I’ve flew on the 757-200. Going on 777 soon. Will confirm this!
Baby just before go around: Crying... suddenly the engines roar up amazing
That increase in power is always amazing!
nstreetphotography Yah!
Wow 🤩 what a beautiful and amazing view and go around 😊
@@Piloto.787 one of my favorite experiences/memories.
2:13 pilots like hehe... just kidding.
2:10 that was satisfying
Massive TOGA Go-Around!
TOGA already has the word go around in it
@@gordo1163 Hahahaha
The expressions on the first timers' faces would be hilarious, I think they would be easy to spot.
Rodney Warnick I had 2 friends traveling with me that day; they freaked out! It was their first go-around.
Thumbs up for that powerful sound (y)
Love GE 90's! Monsters of engines.
that it what I call power, climb up immediately, nice sound.
WhereHeroesDies One of the best sounds in the world!
Looked like an okay approach. Maybe slightly wobbley. Man those GE90's are freaking ear porn.
Forty It seemed normal. The front camera wasn't working, so I couldn't tell what was wrong. But I was excited to here the spool up again ;)
Wow, amazing! The sound is really beautiful!
I just realized I flew A6-EGM back in February to Cairo!
2:13 Gave me goosebumps
Just like the thrust reduction 3:32
Everyone was probably telling the baby to shut up so they could listen to the ge90 go around
great video, one problem. ALWAYS A FREAKING BABY!!!!!
Gavin Dinsmore yep! I thought the GE's would drown them out, but no...

I wouldn't fly with a baby. Period.
02:10 it was like "Full Power! FUll Power!" or "Up! Up"
Gun Nut umm they do tho
When you take a second to remember that the same company that made your kitchen appliances can also make THAT

Smurdle450 true.
At least they remembered to increase the throttle this time lmao

Whats the story?
2mins 30. How come the slats partly retract? Does the last stage of slat extend/ retract with the landing flap?
Russell Butler the pilots were still awaiting instructions. We held at that altitude for a 2-3 minutes.

I like that sound
Holy crap, that was very late!
SkilledMaverick yes it was! But so much fun
The GE 90!

A huge classic : the annoying crying baby
btw GGe90 ;) like if you understand
Baby messes up a great catch.
Massive power!
klausvonshnytke - crazy power!
What's the flight number and where did it came frome?
Flying in from Columbo. Forgot the flight number. back in 2016
FSX master I posted that info in the "more details" section
That power🔥🔥🔥
Must have been fun watching that happen in real life.
Awesome but feeling sad for this baby who is crying...
why sad for this baby? you don't know it.
I feel sad that I couldn't hear the full roar....
Lucky you! WoW! 😁
I think there was also a Storm Approaching!!
AVS Knowledge World - nope, just bad visibility
Nice engine spool up sound! How did you like this seat? I'm on in it July this year
Emirates J Class is one of my favorites
2:09 go around
Nalva Izaura best moment ever!
3:34-3:43 is the thing
I cringe at all the sand in the air and the engine inhaling that stuff
2:09
Hey, is seat 10K in economy?
Harry Wilburn Business 10K
Pilot forgot to lower landing gear!
Why the go around? anyone know?
Paul Burden aircraft on runway

How much that cost? 😂
Pat Browning used miles...so free!
Wonder why they did a turn around? cool but what was the reason?
Mike jaques plane still on the runway.
