    I watched somewhere around 10 videos before i found this one. This is the best video by far yet. Easy to see what's happening and very well explained. Thanks a lot. You saved me a trip to the mechanic 👍

    The easiest process I have seen so far compare to other vehicles such as Eg. hyundai accent 2014

      Hyundai accent has different procedure?

      @@asadfirm0001 You need to remove the 2 bolts , hang the caliper then you remove the pads. For the front brake you can compress the piston but the back brakes you need to push and screw them with a special tool, in my case I used a grinder spanner key as hack, instead of buying a kit.hehehe

      Wow that sounds interesting, haha I'd like to see one accent and try this out xD

      Parts are easy to find too depending on your country, and the fundamentals are also quiet basic compare to other cars

    03:14 Won't this method damage the break rotor? I"ve seen a method where you can use a clamp and a small piece of wood to push those back

    • @asadfirm0001
      @asadfirm0001  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      No it won't, same thing as using a clamp to push it back, but we show simplest way possible rather than using tools that may be impossible to find in other places.

      @@asadfirm0001Ok cool. Yea I think I'll rather use a g-clamp and the old break pad to push them back in. I definitely see this method is simpler, but knowing me, I'd probably end up scratching or damaging something in there. ;-)

    • @asadfirm0001
      @asadfirm0001  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yeah better not damaging anything 😂 good method too, use the old break pads and push the pistons back.

    it would be smart to use proper tools like brake piston compressor tool, rubber hammer and brake cleaner spray to clean the brake parts before installing new brake pads. And clean the engine bay before taking this video tutorial.

    Wonderful way to ruin your abs unit! Never push pistons back without loosening bleed nipple and let fluid go into container and when pistons are back far enough tighten nipple. Top up brake fluid.

      That's if the caliper is old and rusted
