    This instructor was nothing less than delightful. Made dry material very interesting and even entertaining (we all caught the Metallica reference, right?) Fantastic. You could make any material interesting and understandable.

    CI definition to the competency level is useful when professional qualifications are required to deliver a service. For example, to deliver specific nursing services, nurses need to have relevant and valid certifications to complete procedures and to use equipment. 👍👍

    I never understood why QA is used to reflect testing. Testing is to find and fix defects. QC is to find and fix defects. QA are those things we do BEFORE we do the work in DEV (e.g., project planning, set up and use templates to document requirements and design, etc.).
    DEV -> QC -> PROD 😊😊

    • @valueinsights
      @valueinsights  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi Greg
      I believe it is just about the semantics :)
      I know QA as Quality Assurance, which is done at the end of every testing, but I have also seen people refer to these activities as QC.
      In the end, I could have named the environment beween DEV and PROD, TEST or maybe even PRE-PROD :)
      All the best,
      Alex

    I have one question. Don't ITIL practices cover 34 processes?

    • @valueinsights
      @valueinsights  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi Krapong
      The practices are the processes. Meaning the semantics have changed.
      And yes, there are 34 practices overall, but not all of them are examinable in the foundation exam.
      All practices that are part of the exam are covered in these videos.
      All the best,
      Alex
