Thank you, Julianne. Often, I see photos that have a small image surrounded by a much larger border below, compared to the top or side borders, such as an 8x8 photo situated near the top of a 11x14 paper. Is there an easy way to do this, other than open a new 11' x 14" document and drag and drop the smaller image onto the 11x14 "canvas" and then move it to the top?
It only works if you are creating a canvas size larger than the original. If you are going smaller it doesn't work and messes up the photo!
This is not how reality works. everyday many artist struggle how to use the canvas because they dont know how to make a 16:9 canvas without going to the crop tool.
