Girl after this weeks Pilates video I’m definitely starting the one you just posted. I’m actually so proud of myself I have one more day to go before I complete it and then once I complete your second playlist I’m really gonna feel proud. I can’t believe I stayed committed but honestly it’s super relaxing and I love feeling the burn because Ik it’s doing something and working. Also it’s just great to start my day with you and your dog😂

Did this challenge with my 5lb dumbell. Idk if you use weights or bands at all but I'd love to see a harder workout with a bit more strength training Involved. But I like the workouts so far so keep up the good work:)

i'm not quite sure. she said she got her dream body from low intensity workouts but that consistency is key. i dont think she'll post high(er) intensity workouts
@@tvt3331 i think she started early 2022 but she was skinny before. pilates toned her body and gave her muscles. but its so worth it!! i have been doing her workouts since the beginning of the year and i have seen HUGE differences :))
