If the record is not given at the time of the search, the individual has a right to obtain it from the police station within 3 months. The individual should *_not_* be forced to use online services or provide an address if they are not comfortable doing so. That needs following up with also; dreadful policing.

They said someone saw him on CCTV trying car doors, yet they refuse to go and check that evidence. and finally said it was the front desk staff. Clearly a case of a false stop and search. I hope the person saying they saw an offence is charged with giving a false statement and also these officers should be charged as well.
Given that he did not personally witness the individual touching car door handles, nor did he have signed statements from at least two witnesses confirming such actions, he foolishly chose to infringe upon the auditor's human rights based solely on the weak and potentially opinion-based statement of a third person relayed via radio. Legal action should be taken against these lawless imbeciles.
There was no investigation, and instantaneous demands based on a witness that was making assumptions, and not reporting what was actually seen. AB was given no chance of defending the false claims, with the officers steamrolling him with accusations and questions, allowing no defense, although he had on him the proof that never lies. If he was seen on CCTV, then that should have been accessed to verify the claims made.
How disgraceful is it that they go out of their way to prevent you from contacting them. Doorbell broke, nobody at the front desk, rude un-helpful person on the other end of the phone. She just hung up.

Given that he did not personally witness the individual touching car door handles, nor did he have signed statements from at least two witnesses confirming such actions, he foolishly chose to infringe upon the auditor's human rights based solely on the weak and potentially opinion-based statement of a third person relayed via radio. Legal action should be taken against these lawless imbeciles.

There was no investigation, and instantaneous demands based on a witness that was making assumptions, and not reporting what was actually seen. AB was given no chance of defending the false claims, with the officers steamrolling him with accusations and questions, allowing no defense, although he had on him the proof that never lies. If he was seen on CCTV, then that should have been accessed to verify the claims made.
How disgraceful is it that they go out of their way to prevent you from contacting them. Doorbell broke, nobody at the front desk, rude un-helpful person on the other end of the phone. She just hung up.
