Things of purity dont age and only get better with time! It was great to see Vince Di Cola in action and backed by such a talented orchestra. Every note, accent & flourish perfectly delivered. Till all are one!
Thanks for posting. I got teary-eyed when the Spanish guy sang Dare. It just hit the childhood feels. When life was pretty good and felt like anything could be possible. It still is!
Drummer for Transformers?! I am huge fan of Instruments of destruction! I am 46, and still love Transformers the movie and Instruments of destruction of course! When I was kid, I watched Transformers the movie all time on VHS that I learnt whole dialog by heart and I didn't even knew english and could barely read subtitles! My kids love it to!
Absolutely incredible! The music of my childhood, man. I'm so glad Vince got this honor and his work got celebrated like this. A full orchestra! A packed theater! Brings tears to my eyes honestly. Also, that music absolutely SLAPS with the orchestra, especially the parts of "Autobot Decepticon Battle". Makes me wish the newer movies would use more callback music, like using Unicron's theme in Rise of the Beasts.
Exelente!!!!.... Realmente fantástico!!!!.. Tengo 43 años, vi la película en cine cuando era niño... Hoy aun escucho los soundtrack de la película, vince di cola maestro.. Saludos desde Arica chile!!
What a good performance! Perfect audio- en videocapturing and mixing. The orchestra is just so good , in combination with Vince Di Colas playing. I am a VdC-fan for years.
This orchestra played it exactly how it should sound, as close to the track as possible. Cant even tell its a live show if you close your eyes at times. Vince is a perfectionist so he definitely must of loved this
Thank you TH-cam algorithm for blessing me this masterpiece transformers orchestra showcase. Outstanding, I gave a standing ovation at the end. Vince DiCola perfection.
Absolutely love and echo the comments of my TF brothers here. Only respect and love for this beautiful production, bravo! 🎉 Whenever I feel down and battered and I listen to Dare, it just inspires and ignites that fire within. Seems to tap my matrix of leadership and gets me through the trial.
How did I just find this video? This is amazing. For years I've wanted to put together a sort of modern prog-metal-with-orchestra version of the score, and wished I could get, like, DiCola together with John Petrucci and Mike Portnoy to really do it justice, maybe get Devin Townsend to sing. The covers on TH-cam, while passionate, are never right. Too few synths or the sounds are all wrong, but it's not like I could do any better myself. Antoine Baril's medley from ten years ago is the best of all the covers. This is probably as close to perfect as we'll ever get. But I'd pay real money for a full recording of the full score, "Dare," and "The Touch" with prog-metal legends and an orchestra.
I really enjoy this medley. Needs to be more like this. Hope you get your idea going. Have you found the youth orchestra version of hearts on fire from Rocky 4? If not well worth listening to. 😊
Such joy in all this, but particularly when "Dare" jumps in the arrangement. On both, there's just a half second pause and just right in, fully on-it. It really is a joy
Absolutely amazing work by Mr. Phillips, Mr. DiCola and Maestro Juan Ramón Vinagre. You managed to bring my entire childhood to life, in stunning 4D. Vince's work, while synthesized, has always been so percussive, and fun to listen to. But to hear those same sounds recreated with a full orchestra and vocal ensemble was a auditory buffet. THANK YOU! I hope to hear this arrangement live one day, hopefully backed by the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra or Cincinnati Pops Orchestra.
@@CarRobots I believe he means Protoform Sessions, they're basically the demo soundtrack to the movie. Highly recommend giving them a listen on youtube
What an absolutely amazing and epic blend of genres and instrumentation to celebrate incredible music. And they had fun doing it. This is the artistry that gives me hope for humanity. Thank you, Vince and all.

Vince DiCola defined the 80's a living legend.
🎯
8:45 Believe it or not, this is the fun part!
Really has more than meets the ears!!
It is THE perfect song, mixing classical Music, to rock, to electro, to bass beats, opéra…
One of the greatest scores to a movie ever designed in my opinion. Exceptional stuff.
That was unreal..yet here we are....That was BADASS!
Seriously amazing helping me to stay mentally strong in this crazy world
2024 has been SH!T. This is the first thing to bring a smile to my face and tear to my eye in months. We need more of this kind of thing.
@@trydowave There's a lot of us here thinking the same thing.
Vince looks like he's having so much fun playing his masterpiece of a soundtrack
Especially at 9:37.

Exact same thing happened to me. Till all are one!
great ! ... love this stuff, .... I'm the drummer for NRG "Instruments Of Destruction" ...1986
That's the one song I was waiting for on here. Damn.
That is one of the songs that made me pick up guitar. I love your work on the movie, it is so dear to me.
Bro my son is 14 and LOVES that song! Cheers to you brother!

Yep that's why this is the REAL transformers soundtrack/ movie
This might be the most EPIC video I have seen on TH-cam
The longer I watched this, the better it got! Fantastic performance. I wish I had been there. Or even knew how to get tickets to something like this.
How didn't Vince DiCola score like 100 films? His stuff is way more musical and better composed than all the current Hollywood soundtrack drought.
Exelente!!!!.... Realmente fantástico!!!!.. Tengo 43 años, vi la película en cine cuando era niño... Hoy aun escucho los soundtrack de la película, vince di cola maestro.. Saludos desde Arica chile!!
You are so lucky to have seen this in a theater!
not even ashamed to say i cried at some of these arrangements
Wow, Sensational!!!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Wow! Wonderful to see and hear Vince play with a grand live orchestra!
Man, the orchestral version of "Death of Optimus Prime" was very moving.

Que emocionante poder estar ahi y vivir ese conciertazo en directo...la piel de gallina
Wow I gave a standing ovation from my living room just now! What a performance! Gave me chills and a tear to my eye!
That's it, one of my favorite movies is now eternal! This proves it! Thank you Vince Dicola and all the people that did this!

Holy sh*t 80’s Transformers 🎉🎉🎉 Unicron!

I was definitely getting rick wakeman vibes at the end. Prog Rock version would be great. But i absolutely adore the orchestra too.

A lot of Rocky IV's instrumental sound carried over to the Transformers soundtrack.
Alot of parts in this piece could of fit perfect in Rocky IV
Genial 👍👍👍👍👍
Amazing!!!😮😮😮😮😮
😢 magnifique…
epic !!!
Splendid 🎉👾💥
I wished it could of been longer!!! 😢😊😊😊
1:51 EPIC!!!!!
Que ganas de ver esto en vivo
"The touch", although not composed by Vince Dicola, should have been included, that song is basic in that soundtrack. Still a very good performance.
Thank you so much for this.
Excellent 🎉
Awesome!
None of modern movies have any passion or heart
Till all are one!
EPIC!
Autobot city transforming!!
oh...... my....... god.......
Unicron approves.
Dare, The Unicron Theme and Autobot Decepticon battle were amazing but... WHERE'S "THE TOUCH"?!
Not a DiCola song, that's all Stan Bush. DiCola wrote Dare.
😲 DAMN that was sweet!
thank you very much, my friend! 🙏
❤❤❤
This part easily could have fit into rocky 4 as part of drago's training or even part of the final fight 7:40 7:49

can someone please just get the unicron theme in it's own video that would be awesome
Agreed
1:34 - Everything was going great until this guy started singing out of rhythm with an accent so heavy that the lyrics sound wrong. (WTH)
He's french bro. It is what it is.
Or italian.
@@mrgrim1463 Well yeah. It IS what it is. But I don’t have to like it. (Shrug emoji)
