Once again the soviets eat rocks and the allies once again need to carry them
I presumed the Germans went for bargain tanks to maximize productivity
So while losing troops and experience in France hurt, it wasn't catastrophic.

For the people wondering how they were pushed so much during barb when they lost so much in france, generally there is an africa campaign for the axis where they would be using a lot of those tanks they lost and end up losing a lot of them there to attrition and battle. By not having an africa campaign which they have to funnel a bunch of resources into, both tanks and infantry from other axis nations, they can instead focus everything into one powerful push into the soviets in 1941 before the allies have enough for a dday. I remember a few games have gone like that with france holding well and then later the axis having insane success in barb and surprisingly winning the game. The main weakness of it though is that if the barb fails to completely succeed then allies will eventually dday and the axis wont be able to stop it since they have to garrison the mediterranean, and if the axis lost a bunch of tanks early on, they will struggle to succeed with barb.
That just makes me wonder why anybody bothers fighting in Africa.
@@jamesohearn2364 For the Axis it secures their flanks, for the Allies winning Africa gives them the opportunity to take land from Italy and airports to force the Axis airforce into an engagement.

@@jamesohearn2364 Africa buys the axis time and options, the allies get better with time but the allies' options will be limited without africa. The time the axis gets can be used to take their time with barb, give a chance for japan to make a significant impact, get later techs, and even stall the game out to the late game with nukes and jets. Not having an africa campaign mean you have to gamble everything on one strong push against the soviets.
What I don't get, is why there appears to be no Italian Campaign in this game.

Losing 4000 tanks in France and another 15 tank divisions in Russia while getting destroyed on all fronts beforehand and still pushing and capturing Moscow only being stopped by the landing shows some serious German gameplay. Congrats!

Loweee's making fun of calling a mountain "Mount Big" but we have a mountain in Scotland called Beinn Mhòr and I'm pretty sure you can all guess what that means
Even funnier is that he is wrong. The highest point is the Tommerup Transmitter and if you are looking a natural highest points that award goes to the Mollehaj which translates to Mill Hill. If you count Greenland than the highest mountain is Gunnbjørn Field which roughly means Gun Bear.

@@flavivsaetivs5738 It was common practice in the Russian army during world war II to send the first wave armed. And the second and third waves with no guns at all the idea of being that they would pick up their weapons off the bodies of the of the first wave. They also use punishment battalions as basically suicide troops advancing across minefields. Or simply order them to advance directly into the fire of German machine guns.

In Soviet army when we run out of bullet, we get strong Soviet infantryman to throw another man at enemy. You can kill up to 10 Germans with one good throw, is much more cost efficient than bullet.
