Tudor Black Bay 54 is some sublime 60 click bezel goodness and the extra firm click at 12 is tactile genius. I tried on 20+ dive watches before purchasing and the bezel action seems poor on big brands like Grand Seiko, Omega, Breitling and Tag. I found the Oris Aquis to be superior to these, but not Tudor.
I’ve had the opportunity to handle both and it’s a tough choice, specially because one is 120 clicks and the other 60 clicks. However it terms of luxury looks and feel the sub takes my pick and in terms of tool looks and feel my $ goes to the BB58!
I think for me, after handling even a Sinn 104, I enjoy the 60 click for tactile feel. Yes you can zero in easier with a 120 click but orientation and getting it perfect goes to the 60 click of the BB58 for me. When handling both watches, I don't think the sub is worth twice as much. The GMT master vs Tudor GMT yes. But the sub vs THE BB58, nope 👍🏼
@@LeoVinteler I got the black bay 58 from goldsmith's and it only turns to the left I think it's genuine. However you saying it should turn both ways is confusing me
I had a 14060m and today I have this Tudor. I much prefer the Tudor. Of course the new Sub no date is great too but the price difference is totally unjustified (unless it's to make a profit in a few years).
In my opinion Tudor is for ''connoisseurs' and Rolex is for those with money. You are fortunate having both so I dont know which is better. Maybe Tudor?
There are a million homages out there now for both of these watches. I sold both my Bluesy and Tudor. I would rather get robbed wearing a Steeldive watch, than a Rolex or Tudor. The subbie is my choice over the Bay. My watch has to have a date and cyclops
The sad reality is that everything these watches can do a $100 phone can do better PLUS you can watch this video with. These watches are for display only and serve no practical use in this day and age.

Agreed. For me the BB58 does it. Cheers

Does the black bay 58 bezzle turn both ways? Mine doesn't but online it says it does?
It’s unidirectional. Always has been. There are old Tudor subs that the bezel is by but not the BB58

Sorry I have confused it. The uni direction is one direction and by is 2. My mistake
@@progamertom7878 😂😂😂. Watches… they get us all confused 😂😂. Cheers friend 🙋🏻♂️🥃
I have the Tudor so may be biased but the bezel action is like nothing else I’ve encountered, it’s hard to beat IMHO .
Absolutely

Nailed it 😁
That Rolex is beautiful & I think it sounds better! All things considered, I’d rather have the Tudor. I’m on a Squale budget right now, though!
Take your time and save friend. The BB58 is not going anywhere. 🥃
@@LeoVinteler Thanks, Leo!

Tudor for my taste. 🥃

Tudor is crispy... always nicely stops at 12, whatever if you’re blind or heavily drunk.
😂😂😂 true 🙋🏻♂️🍷
You know...I think my vote falls on the Tudor in this interesting comparison.
Thx brother, so does my vote. Love the feel of the BB58. 🥃
For me, the Tudor.
Same here friend
I think i am bias towards the tudor...mostly because it is the only one i can afford :)
Bias or not, it’s a great watch.
youre right...Rolex sounds lovely ..but Tudor more like a tool, a machine ... Thanks for charing..
Thx for watching friend.

They don’t, correct but they sure look and feel good on the hand. They’re just grownups toys 😂😂😂
