I would give anything to have a time machine, and be able to do what you did for your parents. What a beautiful family you have, what an epic thing you did for them. 40m is too much for this house. No private access to the beach and uses a shared driveway. The house next door was selling for 25m so this one should be under 20m
They dont claim the house is worth 40 million. The video title clearly says “tour 40 million in LB real estate”. Between the two homes they show it’s a total of approximately 40 mill…. and I shower with the curtain open. 😉
