LMAO, there is one gigamansion that was on a youtuber's abandoned buildings channel. It's nice inside but the interior is just screwed up: it looks and feels like a shopping mall, it has a very cold, commercial personality. The exterior even looks like an office building. I THINK it was called the Evergreen Mansion.
I was watching a vid of this guy selling a 39 million dollar waterfront home and I would way rather live in this one! It is Mexico though, so that obviously will affect the price but I like Mexico and still you get my point!
Forget the money it's not about the money it's about the comfort. This is a trophy house and if you don't have any friends who have money then no one is going to visit you this place will make you go crazy!

i'm blown away by the tasteful and beautiful design of this home, both architecturally and in choice of furnishings and decor. simple yet gorgeous materials really shine here and make the house feel welcome in it's environment, esp with that magnificent traditional roof. it just shows how a house doesn't need all the bells and whistles to be stunning and unique, it's usually the opposite. truly one of the best home tours I've ever seen.
Absolutely beautiful estate. So much better than those "standard" LA mansions where almost everyone house feels the same. This building really has a great feel to it, with so many details. I would buy it in a heart beat if I had the money
Very few homes Enes tours truly has that “wow” factor. This home definitely has the wow factor! This is truly an incredible home! And I applaud Enes for choosing to go to Mexico to tour a home at a lower price point rather than to tour another typical 20 million or 30 million box type LA home!
This is by far the most impressive home I've ever seen. Imagine waking up in the morning with this view, drink coffee on the outside area and meet friends to hang out while sun is going down gives me chills. If I could afford it, I immediately would buy it. Why waste tens of millions of dollars for an extravagant, emotionless Beverly Hills palace when you can have this?
I do wonder though how are they keeping it comfortable to live in, temperatures easily reach 30 ºC (86 ºF) even during winter, constantly living in that temperature is tough
Out of all the huge house/mansion you’ve featured on your channel, this one I fell in love the most. Not only because of the beautiful scenery, but also the vibe, as it gives me the Shawshank redemption vibe. As this scenery alone represents freedom and peace. Just, beautiful. I can spend eternity here just by taking a good look at the view while reading a book and drinking a cup of tea.
This is one of my favourites of all the properties you have shown us Enes. The reason is, that the place radiates complete calm and tranquility. You would be able to get away from the world and just enjoy the views and the sounds of nature while getting your thoughts together when feeling stressed. It is a stunning place.

I was kinda disappointed too. Not with Enes and the crew, they did an amazing job as always, touring "The One". But , that house has no soul. Looks like an hotel and is just too big in my opinion. This one is stunnig and feels like a home.

This mansion is absolutely staggering, the on a cliff location is remarkable. I loved the showers with the circular seating, the views are unparalleled to any I've seen, the palapa covered area is classic. Viva loco in Mexico it is a beautiful country - Enes and Mikey know how to pick the most unique mansions to show off!

Honestly I feel that the one was not that great of an house? Most of the interior sf is used for gigantic hallways and it just doesn't feel home to me. This one is warmer I think

I grew up visiting Zihuatanejo each summer. I loved staying in the hotels on the cliffs. I loved views of the ocean from the infinity pools. Thank you mama for the memories.
Every time Enes turns a corner, I lose my mind all over again. So many surprises, just when you think there can't be any more unique architectural details, another one appears. Who'd think you could go bonkers over a staircase, but seeing the lower landing widen was probably one of the most exciting features of all. You expect thrilling details inside the house, but that staircase, for me, evoked the style of some of the ruins featured in so many Mexican tours. And the entry to the infinity pool felt like a grotto. The mixing of stone, woods, concrete, stucco, and palm fronds provided excitement in every room. I can't even imagine what this would cost in California. Oh, one thing about those palm fronds- I replaced the rotted fabric on my outdoor swing with palm fronds . . . and replaced, and replaced and replaced. That will be a maintenance nightmare, but worth all the effort for the dramatic contrast with the other modern elements.
Jaw-dropping! The combination of poured concrete, wood and other natural materials is breath-taking. I audibly gasped multiple times watching the video because the vistas are so spectacular.
This home tour has inspired me to build something like this on top of a mountain in Colorado. Perhaps you gentlemen will come and do a tour of it someday;)) I have watched this video at least 10 times in the last month or 2 and it blows me away every time - I absolutely love the content you are creating together on this channel - outstanding job… Cheers!

Welcome to Mexico. Hope you enjoy your time here. I think its important to point out that, here in Mexico, we do NOT build with wood and drywall. We use bricks, blocks and concrete for every single house. Drywall is seen as cheap en fragile

I can't quite believe the difference between this $2.7million and that $295million monstrosity 'The One' from last week. This house is incredible! This was so worth your trip and the tour - this is absolutely stunning. It's private enough but there's the feeling of no external walls anywhere. The ocean breeze must feel amazing with the heat but the incredible views and sound - I cannot believe the price for this and to be honest it gives me more hope of owning something like this as the $45 million properties...I'm not a hedge fund manager! Properties like this please look out for. This is easily one of my favourite houses I've seen on your great channel without a doubt, well done guys, amazing place.
This is a beautiful Mexican modern contemporary design house on the cliff using traditional Mexican architecture. I like the water feature at the entrance. The infinity pool on the roof is fantastic. I like the kitchen island and the floating kitchen cabinet. I like the balcony with the beautiful view of the sea. I like the pyramid staircase. I like the second master bedroom with the bed in the middle. I like the bathroom rock vessel sink. and the walk-in shower. I like the lower-level infinity pool. I like the master bedroom and bathroom. The Zihuataneja cliff house with a floating pool and a nice view of the sea is the most beautiful house I have ever seen.

Really refreshing to see design and construction carried out without any regard for international building codes, ADA compliance, etc. or fear of being sued by clients. It's an inspiring reminder of capturing the power of a "place" and in creating a dwelling that literally grows out of those latent forces found with such sites. This is what Architecture was like back when John Lautner was designing his amazing homes back in California in the 1960's. I agree with the comments below, please share more of these international projects allowing for vison without constraint.

It's definitely the most beautiful property you've visited so far. Breathtaking views and well thought out design. Feels like a really comfortable place to live and spend time, unlike many other WAAAAY more expensive mansions in the States.

I've got to admit, this is the best home you've ever toured as far as being unique. It really took a great mind to come up with such a design and guts like steel to take on the construction of such a project. Absolutely beautiful!

For some reason, I have returned to this tour many times. Everytime I get butterflies in my stomach and it exites me. It feels like a home to me. Can't explain it but it brings me joy and motivates me in a extreme way. Without a doubt the most beautiful plays you have showed us Enes. Im in love

I was kinda disappointed too. Not with Enes and the crew, they did an amazing job as always, touring "The One". But , that house has no soul. Looks like an hotel and is just too big in my opinion. This one is stunnig and feels like a home.
@@FinhaBastos I totally agree. Delivery from the crew is always spot on. That house last week was cold and more about the money and bling and not the heart and soul. This one, you could feel the love put into it. For that it was worth more.

This mansion is absolutely staggering, the on a cliff location is remarkable. I loved the showers with the circular seating, the views are unparalleled to any I've seen, the palapa covered area is classic. Viva loco in Mexico it is a beautiful country - Enes and Mikey know how to pick the most unique mansions to show off!

Honestly I feel that the one was not that great of an house? Most of the interior sf is used for gigantic hallways and it just doesn't feel home to me. This one is warmer I think
And it costs less than 1/100 of the price!

No se si sea la mejor casa en este canal, pero la simplicidad, el lugar donde está construida y con esas vistas ,lo efectivo de sus espacios y lo "monocromático" de sus simples acabados, hacen que las casas de presentas en LA y que cuestan 10 o 20 veces más, con 5 salas de estar, 20 pantallas, 10 baños, 3 cocinas, cocheras para 10 autos etc, se vean de mal gusto y excesivas,, esta casa es un claro ejemplo de que con poco dinero se puede alcanzar algo sublime...simplemente hermosa...

This is one of the most amazing homes you've ever featured! It felt so peaceful. It was spacious but felt like a home. I can't believe the price! We could never get that in the US for that price. This is an amazing find. I always know its a special home when Mikey gets excited too! He clearly liked this one!!! Glad you all had a beautiful time!

I grew up visiting Zihuatanejo each summer. I loved staying in the hotels on the cliffs. I loved views of the ocean from the infinity pools. Thank you mama for the memories.
That was probably the most gorgeous house you guys ever toured. Simply stunning!
Every time Enes turns a corner, I lose my mind all over again. So many surprises, just when you think there can't be any more unique architectural details, another one appears. Who'd think you could go bonkers over a staircase, but seeing the lower landing widen was probably one of the most exciting features of all. You expect thrilling details inside the house, but that staircase, for me, evoked the style of some of the ruins featured in so many Mexican tours. And the entry to the infinity pool felt like a grotto. The mixing of stone, woods, concrete, stucco, and palm fronds provided excitement in every room. I can't even imagine what this would cost in California. Oh, one thing about those palm fronds- I replaced the rotted fabric on my outdoor swing with palm fronds . . . and replaced, and replaced and replaced. That will be a maintenance nightmare, but worth all the effort for the dramatic contrast with the other modern elements.

Jaw-dropping! The combination of poured concrete, wood and other natural materials is breath-taking. I audibly gasped multiple times watching the video because the vistas are so spectacular.
This home tour has inspired me to build something like this on top of a mountain in Colorado. Perhaps you gentlemen will come and do a tour of it someday;)) I have watched this video at least 10 times in the last month or 2 and it blows me away every time - I absolutely love the content you are creating together on this channel - outstanding job… Cheers!

I think its important to point out that, here in Mexico, we do NOT build with wood and drywall. We use bricks, blocks and concrete for every single house. Drywall is seen as cheap en fragile

I can't quite believe the difference between this $2.7million and that $295million monstrosity 'The One' from last week. This house is incredible! So thoughtfully designed, beautifully restrained, spacious and welcoming. The One is simply grotesque in comparison. Premier D-Bag Nile Niami could learn a thing or two from this home. I can't help but know that this property and design of this stunning home would be worth 10 times as much if it were located on the California coast. It is worth nothing being so susceptible to end in the ocean after an earthquake, so common in that coast.

Well,you know there is a reason why it is so much cheaper in Mexico...Next day after you moved in,the local cartel comes to visit you and demands 2,7millions as a "Security deposit"..🙄
This was so worth your trip and the tour - this is absolutely stunning. It's private enough but there's the feeling of no external walls anywhere. The ocean breeze must feel amazing with the heat but the incredible views and sound - I cannot believe the price for this and to be honest it gives me more hope of owning something like this as the $45 million properties...I'm not a hedge fund manager! Properties like this please look out for. This is easily one of my favourite houses I've seen on your great channel without a doubt, well done guys, amazing place.
This is a beautiful Mexican modern contemporary design house on the cliff using traditional Mexican architecture. I like the water feature at the entrance. The infinity pool on the roof is fantastic. I like the kitchen island and the floating kitchen cabinet. I like the balcony with the beautiful view of the sea. I like the pyramid staircase. I like the second master bedroom with the bed in the middle. I like the bathroom rock vessel sink. and the walk-in shower. I like the lower-level infinity pool. I like the master bedroom and bathroom. The Zihuataneja cliff house with a floating pool and a nice view of the sea is the most beautiful house I have ever seen.
I appreciated the "pacific ocean really is as blue as it was in my dreams" quote. Plus the house was awesome.

Really refreshing to see design and construction carried out without any regard for international building codes, ADA compliance, etc. or fear of being sued by clients. It's an inspiring reminder of capturing the power of a "place" and in creating a dwelling that literally grows out of those latent forces found with such sites. This is what Architecture was like back when John Lautner was designing his amazing homes back in California in the 1960's. I agree with the comments below, please share more of these international projects allowing for vison without constraint.

I was totally amazed at this home. At first site it didn't look like much but what a surprise. It is absolutely stunning. Being built on the side of a cliff was just mind-boggling. If I had the money I would purchase it in a heartbeat.
