The tell-tale stream on my boat was weak. The tell tale stream is an indicator of the water pump operation of a boat motor. There's something clogging it. I'll show you how I fixed it.

Mud dobbers is my bet. Only cure is to park next to a new boat that the owner still makes payments. Wont help the dobbers, but sure make you feel better when your poking them out your pee hole. 😂
