Tony S the only good boss I ever saw on the show was probably Jackie. Loved by all, fair, smart, and calm. Impulse is the problem with all of these guys though. Too much pride and ego getting in the way of good business, but what do you expect from a bunch of bullies.

One of the show's many ironies was that the two guys who were consistently portrayed as being dumb, Chris and Little Carmine, actually had the right instincts about getting out of the life, whereas all the other streetwise tough guys wind up dead or in jail.
Best character in a series of great characters. Simultaneously terrifying, unstable, dangerous, hilarious, and sometimes insightful and caring. As someone who's struggled with opiate abuse I see his behavior sometimes and I'm blown away learning Imoerioli has never had that problem. I miss this show everyday.
