You can get thiollier the poison guy too for this fight and final boss with Ansbach if you do the St Trina quest before. Was cool having two bros help me and felt like two factions separating from the beginning of our journey
I didn’t know FromSoft could make a fight this heartfelt and personal in so little time. You learn the true nature of Miquela’s love and it’s too late to save them from it. The only reason why they’re fighting you is because they’re so noble and pure of heart.

Having both Thiollier and Ansbach for this fight makes the whole thing so much more epic. I love everyone's dialogue here, there's a lot of emotions and it's so well acted. The fight would've been annoying for me if I hadn't completed their quests but I did and the reward was definitely worth it
I know I have to fight Leda eventually when I sided with the Hornsent against her, but I didnt expect to have to face Moore, the gentle giant that found solace in Miquella's love. But what amazed me even more is Thiolier willing to put aside his hatred for me to fullfill Trina's wish. A 3v3 of Leda, Dane, Moore versus Tarnished, Ansbach, Thiolier. Truly a heart breaking fight.

I never expected an NPC fight like this to end up being in my top three fights of the DLC, but wow. I had both Ansbach and Thiollier on my side, and I was facing Freya, Dane, Moore and Leda. It was such a cinematic fight, and the dialogue was amazing too. I truly didn't expect it to be as emotion as it was, though I bet a large part of that was due to the incredible music
Hearing this the first time...this was a spectacle. Giving Freya the fight she craved, a 1v1, to the finish. Only after facing her, did Dane enter...to whom I held no connection, aside the fist fight. Which was delightful.... But seeing Moore coming at me...I...well, it was not pleasant to put him down... Then lastly...Leda...what a magnificent fight...she was a delightful warrior...but sadly...as with all who stand before us, either you perish by our hand...or by your own fate. Us entering the Shadow Lands set that fate into motion...there was no other way. For to fulfill the wish of a discarded half, we walk over the bodies of those we could have called friends.... After all, we are used to bury our comrades...
This was MORE epic than the final boss tbh. I did not feel bad defeating Miquella and Radahn, but I felt so bad having to kill Freyja, Moore, Dane, and Leda. Meanwhile I got the ultimate homie Ansbach with me trying to avenge Mohg and Thiollier honoring St Trina's last words. There were no good or bad guys here...just a band of (the hawk) companions fighting over what they thought was right. I feel bad they had to die for Miquella. I feel bad that Mohg, Radahn, and Malenia all got wrapped up in Miquella's plot as well...and I feel bad for Miquella himself who thinks he can do a better job than Marika...who ultimately gave up her godhood because it was a prison for her.
i still kinda felt bad for radahn cuz hes literally a war hero who keeps having to suffer awful fates due to other demigods and empyreans selfish goals
I love the sort of triple meaning in the name. "Those united in common cause" Those united to defend Miquella Those united to stop Miquella And both sides being united in doing what they believe is right.
If you do the NPC quests correctly, it's ok. If you do them wrong, it's hell. Also Rabbit Brotherhood had mechanics where only one would hard aggro to you at a time and the others would leave you be unless you got close. The moment you lose numbers advantage in this fight, you're dead as a doorknob because all of them can aggro onto you at once. [Which is also weird because most other group fights have aggro balancing, but this one does not seem to] From a narrative standpoint, this fight is very good. From a gameplay standpoint, I hated it.
I expected that we met a black night who served Morgott, the omen twins deserved justice for the crimes of the golden order, and it would've been amazing fight alongside warriors of the two omen brothers

Ansbach, knight of Mohg of all people, stood up and did the right thing when faced with impossible odds and said fuck it let's go.
Him and Igon were the best NPC's in Elden Ring (including the main game). Ansbach single-handedly made me like Mohg.

If you choose to not answer him when he asks what to do, he stays out of the fight and you avoid him committing suicide by the other option.

I was heartbroken to kill my friends… but then I saw it was and NPC gank and I was immediately ready to put them down
