By the way, I ended up fixing my reverse camera next to the registration plate lights not at the bottom of the registration plate. I’ve done other videos adding LED and other stuffs on my car which you may find interesting as well. Good luck doing it on your own.
Mine, so far so good. I have had no issues until now with the video coming fuzzy, otherwise I’ll modify it and, you’re right, a relay will help solve the fuzzy picture. I have one ready just in case it happens.
@@AllscanTwelveYes mate i wired the relay to the rear cig lighter and the rest you know. Make a video when you do it to help others many people dont know how to wire relays so if you can make a good explanation video? Would also prefer your videos to be a bit more in detail if possible? Meaning actual live footage of the work etc? Rather than just pictures if possible? Also the boot light you installed i have the same if you want it to work when boot opens and closes without a switch you need to wire it to the grey cable on the big socket plugs in the rear fuse box its the first big plug lower left inside has a blue and brown plug within the big plug if that makes sense? Lights will come on with boot open and close automatically when closed. Drop me an email if you want an exact picture mate of where it is very simple will take you 10 mins tops.

I had to wire a relay in with mines bad fuzzy picture on start up otherwise canbus issues. Pioneer stereo.
