I don't know why we're talking about poor people not being able to exercise or afford it because it's expensive when you can literally just exercise at home and anywhere for free

I do a 16 hour minimum fast everyday. No hunger issues at all. I eat chicken, turkey and seafood. Lots of salads and pasta occasionally.
5’4 116 lbs. My nemesis is salty snacks which I have now completely stopped because my blood pressure was creeping up. A doctor many years ago told me stay away from the three evil powders, flour, sugar, salt. He was ahead of his time!

Regular table salt, which has all other minerals removed and is adulterated with an anti-caking agent, calcium silicate, yes. On the other hand, Celtic and Himalayan salts, being pure and loaded with minerals, are widely known to be essential for human health; these salts might not have been available many years ago.

Dr. Hyman I’m so upset hearing this guy push meds rather than taking card of ourselves. Now I know he is saying to keep working out and keep eating a healthy diet. But he makes it sound like by the time we are 65 it doesn’t matter what we have done all the years before to protect our health we are going to get something that’s not good. I’m a health and wellness coach who’s been studying healthy lifestyle for years. This is the interviews that I hear that just puts me over the edge.
Here’s what I know. My grandma never took a pill in her life until after my grandfather passed. She was 80 and became very depressed and stopped moving. She developed type 2 diabetes, the meds she took caused problems with lots of her other organs. She spent the next 11 1/2 years very ill, no quality of life, taking 25 pills a day. What I’m saying is one medication leads to more medication. I just feel like this is Big pharma speaking. I’m going to continue eating healthy and moving. This just causes folk to look away from healthy living because they feel it’s to hard and just take pills instead.😢

    • @robynhope219

If I walk on the treadmill in the morning before eating, I get off the treadmill super hypoglycemic. It's so bad. I tried intermittent fasting. I never lost a pound. I eat no sugar, low carb, and read labels to avoid toxins. I'm so frustrated .

Simple, eat fatty red meat. Fat fuels your body and mind. Just avoid carbs, all sweetners/sugar, seed oils.
I only use Coconut oil and butter in cooking.
Hitting the treadmill before eating breakfast (please avoid cereals, oats etc like the plague, they are the worst. Cheese in moderation, try to minimise milk) is a great way to build appetite.
      Lost 53kg in 8 months, HbA1c was 8.7, now 5.4
No more sleep apnea, no more meds, no more severe major depressive disorder, fatty liver (was on the verge of cirrhosis), no more type 2 diabetes, no more hypertension, no more erectile disfunction.
      Life is good again.

Tried intermittent fasting by skipping breakfast, having late lunch and early dinner. Fasting window just drink plain water or add Good Salt to taste. After only one year, my BMI went from 26 to 21 and my fatty liver was no longer fatty. And the main cardio exercise I do is to walk to the food court for my meals, do some grocery shopping and then walk back home.

You may need to go to a few national medicine doctor to assess for medical issues. High insin levels can make it hard to lose weight , so can chronic stress. How do you know you are hypoglycemic? Are you taking your blood sugar with a glucometer ? I would stop the pre breakfast exercise until you or a doc figures out what is going on. Have you drastically cut calories to lose weight?. Good luck.
