It was pure incompetence from the top down. It doesn't matter how many excuses this guy comes up with the bottom line is Secret Service was in charge of that site. So they are at fault.
The police chief said he told the Secret Service he didn't have the manpower to secure that building the only thing they could do was help manage traffic.
Complete incompetence or shooter shooters had some kind of help. I’m not convinced there was only one shooter. 8 eyewitnesses saw a person on top of the water tower. Might want to go back and do a little more work and review any videos that may be available. I think you’ll see someone move out from the dome on top of the water tower. Maybe you had a drone or drones work this event hopefully?

It's all huge coverup by local law enforcement and the Secret Service of their total incompetence.
This guy IS a red flag. More excuses. Will they also protect them?
