I have bought some on ebay not long ago but they were a bit overpriced.
Note that the one in the video is not original, and doesn't fit properly, it's clearly from a different machine

It has 3.... But it has a bunch of PCI-e slots that could be used to add more SATA ports or NVME drives. I think it can even boot from NVME

Rx 6400 xt is good even though it's limited to PCI 3 it's still mills better than gt 1030.

Hi, yes the best video card for dell 3020 sff would be gt 1030 with GDDR5 low profile with low profile bracket and they do sell same video card with DDR4 that is slower and cost less i would say it is not worth it.
