I am repairing a Promo heat Model PRO-7200B. The malfunction is the temp reading comes on at 240 F degrees when the machine is turned on. So to get it to heat to an actual 320F, I have to set the temp to 480F. Can you tell me what part has to be replaced?
My power is coming on but my temperature and timer unit isn't. It was touch and go for a few times but now it won't turn on. Not sure how to change the wires I don't know how to make those black ends on them?
HELP.....My combo heat press stop getting heated, it goes and stays on 74, i took the controll box apart and there was no loose wire, what can i do now ? -(, I also brought a new control box and the box did work but my heat press was not getting hot.
Hi! Does the wire color matter? I opened my heat press today and my what looks to be brown wire (also looks purple) is not connected and looks fried… I do have a fuse and it also looks blown. Of course it’s not turning on after 2 mo of use. Thank you. Please help 😢
It's all wired. The plate still won't heat up. :-( The timer counts down when pressing and I can set the control unit. Only thing is that I can't get heat to the press. The temp on the press shows the air temp. The out light is on and green.

It's a tool called a crimper .... and it will help you make the ends
Where can we get these wire harnesses?
You would have to remake them yourself

Sounds like the heating element ... check the wires going to the top plate
