As you know, when we moved from London to Southampton in 2021 we planned on eventually getting a dog. It's the sixth and final instalment of our ongoing diary as new puppy owners. After this episode Marshall updates will be part of our home vlogs.
We need to weigh Marshall at the pet shop to make sure he's on the right amount of food for his weight. We have a shock at the store - in more ways than one. We are also on the hunt for a training collar - but end up with toys and treats. David takes one for the team when Marshall thwacks him by accident. And there's a near miss with an over eager Marshall with his water bowl in the car.
How has the transition from raw diet to @Yap4Years going? How tricky is it to give Marshall a bath? And has Marshall done his homework for Puppy School?

He is, Lyn. He does get a bit panty and stressed at times though. But so far, so good.

You would think these puppy videos would put me off getting another dog but nope. It’s hard but you grow together and the end result is the most wonderful thing in the world and you could never imagine living your life without them. You’ll get there, you are both doing a great job ❤🐾

What a big cutie. So glad he also knows his sit and stand orders from Mr Ian. He's so loveable, and doesn't bite - that's our Mr. David! Oh, and Mr Marshall too! Love and snuggles to yous three!

Amazing to think just a few months ago Marshall was smaller than Sebastian! Hopefully we can get some sunnier days soon and then the fun long walks can begin.
Yes Errol, we were saying the same thing the other day! Sebastian was huge when M first got his paws (and teeth) on him... now he looks traumatised and about to be rescued by the RSPCA any day now. And we can’t wait for some consistent dry days so we can at least use the lawn.
Haha, the snoring was so funny. Although Marshall, you'll need to up yer game. My little 8kg shitzhu snores louder than you 😂 we can hear her upstairs at times. Initially, I thought it was my other half on the couch, but it was Rosebud😂 so cute when she does it, him not so much 😅😅
