EPCOT, Schnitzel & Slush || Eating at Biergarten in Germany || Skyliner from Pop Century

Welcome to our WDW vlog series for 2023!
Last time you saw us leave Pop Century - but this week's vlog was filmed during our stay there. We're off to Epcot and are using the Skyliner so let's find out how long it takes. Once there we head to Cosmic Rewind as we bagged a virtual queue at 7am. We still love the ride - and thankfully dont get sick. Time for early lunch at the Biergarten restaurant in the German pavilion. It's super dark indoor location themed like a Bavarian square - we show you what the buffet is like, but, well it is dark!
Then we head to the Frozen ride and one of the best shops - Norway - which doesnt disappoint with its merch. More shopping in Creations where we are loooking for the new Walt Disney statue. We then have a date with Dame Judy in Spaceship Earth, which feels like it has has a bit of a makeover, before journeying into the Imagination with Figment.
Unexpectedly there is Pooh fun to be had. The bear is still there looking for butterflies. Joyous!
We have two trips to Soarin in the vlog - the original, and then later in the trip, Soarin over California took over for a brief period. Both were great - although some of the scenes are super, super high up and freak us out. We do Test Track with a super excited kid - who just makes it for us - and the best find of teh trip was the banana Fanta slush! oh. my, days. It was wonderful!

I only watch a handful of WDW vlogs now and it has changed so much. Watching you walk around EPCOT in the sunshine really makes me want to go back 😎

Oooh I love Black Forest flavours too 😋 that buffet looks so good, but it can be a little daunting for restricted diets - I wish DLP marked everything with a dairy free sign too.
Kev’s still laughing at Pooh being ‘off his t#ts’ 🤭 and those giggles on Test Track were absolutely joyous!

The giggles were amazing, weren’t they!! 🥰 And we know what you mean about buffets being somewhat of a gamble on a restricted diet. Hit and miss.
And Pooh was off his Lils. Definitely on something!

Ahh finally I get to sit & catch up with a coffee and you 2 lovelies 😘 ( I've been searching for car insurance renewal quotes this morning - sent me la la 🙃🙄 ) So lets go Epcot.....yay ! Hmmm, can you feel a little wobble when you're on the Skyliner? lol It makes me nervous a bit looking at it.....but glad you've got to love it apart from when its going over the road!! eek! . Well done for getting Guardians Virtual Queue !🤩Whoa, there's lots of ooh & ahh's ...blimey that backwards acceleration is FAST!!! Very nice food in the Biergarten restaurant.... err, apple strudel please for me ( ooh I could just eat that now! Aww you guys are the best, youre vlog brings back the best memories ,I got to see soarin cali at christmas,I'm just getting back into watching vlogs again , I get the disney blues😢 when I get back off a trip so avoid watching vlogs for a bit😂 watch the mr marshall ones obvs, so this was great, I went to biergarten as part of the candlelight processional saw the oompah show and it was a great atmosphere. Loved hearing the kid on test track ,I love hearing and being part of peoples first time joy
The kid on TT was amazing! And nice to hear others’ experience of the Biergarten. Think we’d go again if we wanted somewhere cool and quiet. Hope the Disney Blues have now passed x

Loved this video - two of my fave things in life - epcot and food! I feel for you with your GoPro experience - I gave up with a gopro in the florida heat. Keep the vlogs coming guys !
Cheers Dave. It was the same GoPro issue we had on travel day when we lost the footage of walking up Main Street for the first time - except then we (foolishly) removed the battery. Learnt to do the reset to preserve the most recent footage.
Was happy with the Biergarten food - a smaller buffer compared to some others but enough of something for both of us to take away the hunger... plus it wasn’t busy, which is always a bonus!
Hiya 🤗 I’m glad you had a fab time in Epcot and both days didn’t look too busy - and no stinky people 😝. Also see both versions of Soarin must have been great too - which one do you prefer? I love seeing the characters out and about 😊 I hope you’ve both had a lovely week, any plans for the weekend? My work week has been super busy so there’s a chance I might log in and do a bit of work tomorrow 🫣 but today my sis is coming with my niece and nephew so looking forward to spending the day with them, whilst they still want to spend time with their Auntie 😊 Have a good one 🩷 xxx

And think prefer the WDW Soarin as it has more spectacular and obvious things included. The California one is nice but more limited in what they could show. X
Hi guys we are a little confused in the previous vlog you moved out of pop century but in this one you are back there, we love EPCOT has to be the best park ps we also love the Beverly drink what are your thoughts on it? Keep safe Andy and vonnie
It’s too bitter for us. Bit like Aperol! And with our park days filmed over a number of days the series isn’t necessarily in chronological order - but we understand the confusion!
