    Yay! I definitely need tips on how to manage my time better for larger parties. They can be so stressful and intense but soooo much fun. Especially when everyone is in love with how their makeup turns out 😍 There is no better feeling in the world than when a woman sees herself after you are finished and u can just see how in awe she is of your work. Its so fulfilling

      Yes this was honestly my biggest struggle as well since it’s super overwhelming when you’re first starting :) you are right! The sense of accomplishment you have in doing a great job is everything!

    Julie I've seen that you are going to slow down on TH-cam ❤
    The only reason I love TH-cam videos more than Instagram is because here I don't get distracted and can focus only on your great tips and advice.
    I'll be watching all of your videos and when you get your school and other things done you will be back 🔙
    I'm also starting the mua school but you are doing an awesome job 🙏🏼👏🏼👏🏼☺️

      That totally makes sense! I do really appreciate you watching my videos! I still plan on uploading videos just not primarily makeup content. Hopefully you’ll still stick around 😊

    When I tend to do my clients bottom lashes first they always smudge underneath so I’m always starting with the top and it’s only a light amount to mesh their natural and fake lash and that way I never have an issue 😭 and I use my thumb nail as the lash guard, find it much easier! Thank you for the rest of the tips😁

    I can apply makeup fast for my face especially if I use cream contour and cream/liquid blush. the challenging thing is eye makeup, it always takes too much time for me (40 minutes or more, no exaggeration) because there is no enough space between my eyebrows and my eyelids so I have to raise my eyebrows to see the full eyelids, most eye brushes are too big for my eyelids so it always makes a mess in my eye makeup :(

      I definitely feel the struggle as a hooded eyed individual! I would highly recommend getting smaller brushes. Those are a game changer!

    Hello, maybe you talk about this but u use cream blush or powder blush and which one you recommend it

    • @julieruby
      @julieruby  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I use a combo of both! I use the Hourglass blushes for powder and Rare Beauty for liquid blushes :)

    What moisturizer do you recommend for under Face Atelier? Does the Embryolisse not work?

    • @julieruby
      @julieruby  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi Tina! Any moisturizer will work just not directly mixed in with FA. Also, FA has a primer built in so you don’t necessarily have to prime separately as well :)

    Lots of great information, thanks! What skin prep do you use under face aterlier?

    • @julieruby
      @julieruby  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      So happy to hear this! Face Atelier actually has a built in primer so you don’t even need one technically :) you can use moisturizer as long as it’s thinner and nothing too heavy like a cream.

      @@crystalhebert2787 Oh no it didn’t at all :) I definitely understand where you are coming from. I just never want ppl to think that they need to keep cutting down on time. If you make your timing too short like 20 mins I just always think that clients aren’t getting the best service that way!
