I think you left out some important things for the application process. #1 have ready any addresses that you lived at for the 5 years prior to your application. The same goes for any jobs you had or countries you visited during those 5 years. It's easier to have all that handy when you start, so you don't have to save and then restart. If you're not a US citizen or LPR, you will receive additional information to ensure that a background check can be performed in your country of residence. In my case, I had to make sure I could receive certain messages at my secure government account. In some countries, like the UK, you'll have to pay extra for the background check, but that's not always the case. In general, though, if you have all the information at hand, the whole application process shouldn't take more than 10 or 15 minutes 🙂 After that comes the long wait 😁

I would also recommend that if the wait for an appointment is a long way off for your area, book the earliest one available so you are locked in. Then check back frequently as people do caancel. I was able to get a last minute cancelation slot that opened up late Sunday night for 6:35am the very next day on Monday. This resulted in me getting my application filed Friday afternoon & getting my Know Traveler Number the following Monday morning by 6:50am. The card arrived in the mail on Tuesday of the next week, after a 3 day holiday weekend! Very happy & your video was wonderful!

In the previous application, I said no, and he showed me a section where he says to enter my program membership number, then he tells me to save and does not let me continue filling out the application, I do not have a membership number, it is the first time I have done this procedure, what should I do?
I’m not sure which application you’re trying to access. It should not ask you for a program number. Are you still experiencing difficulty? Perhaps you can go to your local airport and someone may assist you. I’m so sorry.

Also I am a remote worker. So I put my home address for employment section.
If you are self-employed then that is fine. If you are employed by an outside organization, it is okay to enter their main address in that section.
I had the same exact problem with trying to enter a Google Voice # as well 😢
Maybe that will change in the future.

How do I do it for my kids?
Follow the same steps and it will automatically know it’s for a child when you enter the DOB.

You can just enter your information as it shows on your passport.
