Hi CJ I'm really confused, I just started on elmcreek easy mode and the tutorial basically cut off after the two fields were cultivated/plowed and now I'm lost at what to do. When I hover over my fields it says "needs lime", I noticed you bought normal fertilizer and not lime, do I need lime? I'm so lost in this game
If you go into your game settings I believe it is, you can turn "Periodic Lime" off. I'll eventually do a tutorial on Lime itself though, but turning that off should solve the issue.
You can purchase a forklift. Or attachment for front end loader and drive them the long haul (I did that) or use a forklift to put it on a flat bed trailer and use a truck or tractor to haul it home
Hello CJ ! Questions for you so bought my tractor a New Holland :). And can plough with it woot !! Now the field needs limed and fertiliser so 1 do I need to buy 2 sprayers 1 for lime and 1 for fertiliser ? Also once you’ve finished and let’s say you’ve not used all the fertiliser do leave what’s in the sprayer or can you transfer what’s let over to something ?
Sorry for the late response. So if your on PC. There’s a mod now that allows you to put lime into your fertilizer spreaders. Now that’s only for the spreaders not the sprayers. Just an fyi.

What’s the difference between the liquid and solid fertilizer. Is there a better time or type of crop to use one over the other? Also, should you fertilize a crop twice? Aka, once after the field is cultivated and once again during a crops growing stages?
The difference between the 2 fertilizers is just that one is a solid form and the other is liquid. The best crop to make money on is corn. It’s the top paying crop. Lastly, the amount of fertilizer states that you apply to your harvest is, you fertilize once before you plant, then again right after you plant. Then you’ll need 2 more states of fertilizer. 1 after the first growth state of your harvest, then again after the 3rd growth state.

As long as you have some type of slurry spreader or maybe something to haul your slurry in, you can take it to any Biogas plant and sell it. It’s fertilizer regardless. It’s an organic fertilizer. I don’t believe there’s a way around not using it as fertilizer.

This video and his part one video, he says "just go into the store" and doesn't actually tell us how to do it. I've looked at every help menu in the game including the full keyboard layout and I cannot figure out how to get into that store menu at all.
Bro. How did you go from about to cut the wheat to this? That's about as much help as game has to offer. Also you don't tell us how to pick the stupid thing up once you buy it. The game just assumes I know where "the shop" is so I had to watch a completely different video for that only to buy the Fertilizer and have no clue how to get it to my far.
So not all things need to be explained as most of this is simply "common sense" anyways. For example, picking up the fertilizer. That would be at the store on your map. If you need an explanation on how to set up the game, then you should watch my first video in this playlist. Nonetheless, I appreciate the feedback as it sounds like you really enjoyed the video. 😁

Did you put on the weight at the front of the tractor? That was my problem.

Your field needs lime after every three harvests, you’ll need a fertilizer sprayer that can take lime, the one he has only takes solid fertilizer
