That’s a No bueno! ☹️ Quarqs are expensive, 😣 but they work and are my personal favorite. Never had any issues with them. Hopefully Stages comes through with some sort of solution. #RobbArmstrong
Hi there. I have exactly the same issue on a relatively new unit installed on my bike. From what I have read, very high zero reset values and over stated power readings, can be a result of water ingress on the unit, not sure if that is really the problem, as mine has been cleaned with a hose but nothing more than that i.e. not drenched in long wet rides through standing water etc.. Wondered if you had made any progress on the issue?
If you haven’t done it already, take the battery out, put it in backwards (this will hard reset it) and try again. Also make sure you use a battery that isn’t “child safe” because of the coating on it
I zero reset the unit from my phone and it’s 4 digit number. I also try it from Garmin and it rarely calibrates and when it does it also 4 digit number. I didn’t do the hard reset like you mentioned. Will give that a try. Thank you!
Does it sync with your phone or another bike computer? Hopefully Giant will take over and continue to support the old Stages customers. Have patience my friend. Your bike look awesome btw.
I’m getting a 4 digit calibration code when it’s supposed to be a 3 digit in the 800-900 range. I’m getting 1300+. Something is not right. It calibrated “successfully” but numbers are all off

Been using the xcadey crankarm powermeter for 3years.. just need recalibrating once a week. No other issues…

Didn’t work. Calibrated at 1371. Should be in 800-900s
You’ll also have to do a zero reset via the app or head unit

Where did you go to get a bike fit?
Place I have been going to, Cycles 54 in Wall, NJ
Leave it backwards for at least 10 seconds
