The reason there is no ground cable is because the entire lamp is made of plastic (which does not lead electricity). So in other words, its not needed. Lamps that are partially or completely made of metal on the other hand (which leads electricity) have an ground connection. Great video tho, gonna buy 2 of these 😊

Don't need a Ground wire when the outlet itself is grounded via House Ground .. The Device doesn't pull High Voltage therefore no Ground needed on the device as the ceiling wiring is grounded to spec via the circuit ...sooooo folks need to chill
So this thing doesn't really lock into place does it? Mine kind of just reaches the end and stays there. I have kids in bunk beds that can easily spin this thing off 😔
Thanks dude. Clear and easy. Discovered mine works fine with my lutron dimmer switch which actually surprised me.
@@DouglasBailey awesome! Hopefully it won’t strobe on you randomly. Most dimmers will do this on LED products. Good luck 🍀
Great Video
Very nice video🎉
Thank you for this... I'm installing them now and was confused by not having a ground lol
@@rpolino2 yea 😆 some LED products don’t have them I guess
🎉 very nice video
Thanks! 🙏

Some people think they know everything though. Gotta love em!
What do I do with the green wire? just put a wire nut on it?
@@SusanWickman-z9r yes, that would be ok

Yea it just kind of stops there and doesn’t snap in or anything. Not a fan really but in most cases it shouldn’t move
No ground its low voltage led.
