Hi, I have 2 Oakley Holbrook, matte black with +red iridium lens and Philadelphia Eagles NFL edition, but the NFL edition have a red "USA MADE" logo. What happened with that?

That's normal on the NFL version, pretty much any newer models or newer versions start having the USA Made on then.
