Oakley Split Shot OO9416 Sunglasses Review & Unboxing

Checking out the Oakley Split Shot sunglasses in 5 different color combinations. A very cool pair of glasses which are also extremely lightweight.

OO9416-0464 - Matte Translucent Blue with Prizm Sapphire Polarized Lenses
OO9416-0364 - Matte Brown Tortoise with Prizm Tungsten Polarized Lenses
OO9416-0664 - Matte Black with Prizm Deep H20 Polarized Lenses
Fit
Oakley states these are good for medium to large faces, but I find it's way more medium and might not be suitable for large faces because of the big curve these sunglasses have, so makes it more medium than a large.

Getting to "Made in USA" is very strict. Having a metal hinge pin and icon that is sourced in China, while everything else is made in the USA, is enough to not allow the "USA made" badge, and force the substitution of "USA Assembled".

luxottica's whole business model is to prey on people's vanity as they seek prestigious bands. the glasses are made for a fraction of what the buyer pays, luxottica rakes in all the difference in profit. Oakleys being truly USA made died in 2007
