I've pretty active my whole life with little to no back pain even though I have severe scoliosis. People always try to tell me things to straighten by back, but as an adult it is not something that can be straightened. I have tried inversion tables, and it was extremely painful for me. I would probably avoid completely if you have scoliosis. I enjoy your videos and became interested because of your education on rib issues. Hurt mine last year and trying some of your techniques.

Hey Thanks for being a member of our community! Scoliosis can be straightened only minimally. Some people get a reduction in the curve and some do not! No one size fits all here.
There should be an emphasis on living a functional life with strength training. Since you have not had good results with this, it would likely be something to avoid. Please do keep me posted on your progress!

How long should I wait after my compression fracture of my L-3 to start inversion therapy? I assume not right away.

That is up to you and your doctor but you definitely want to be sure it is 100% healed! Depending on some things, you may even need or want a second x-ray 6-8 weeks from the initial fracture.
That said, even after the fracture, you may experience pain with or without traction so there likely should be therapy that will strengthen you all around.
      I hope this helps.
